An offshoot of the Beam family, Stephen Beam realized his dream of rekindling the Yellowstone brand with this tasty bourbon. You'll find a delicate fusion of flavors from seventh-generation distillers that features a handpicked blend of 4- and 7-year-old bourbons. In honor of Yellowstone National Park, a portion of proceeds go to the National Parks Conservation Association.

This high-rye Bourbon opens with a mild caramel aroma and a hint of booziness on the nose. The palate echoes those notes; adding water tames the heat while maintaining the caramel, roasted nuts and hint of butterscotch. The bouquet is pure and already very expressive, delivering scents of apple, lemon, beeswax, a fine base of chalky soil tones, white flowers and lemon peel. Extra ripeness in the vineyard translates to a more generous core of red-black fruits. Blackberry and fresh cracked pepper entwine perfectly with matured and lengthy tannins on the finish. Drinking beautifully now, pair it with darker fowl, grilled meats and salmon.

From old Chenin Blanc vines that were planted on an unusual site with black flint (silex noir in French) terroir. Grown organically since 2003, the wine is brilliant and fresh, with pear, peach, and complex notes of herbs, honey, and minerals. A magnificent Vouvray with a classic hint of sweetness balanced by bracing acidity.

Les Picasses is the most famous Chinon lieu-dit, close to the village of Beaumont-En-Véron on the north bank of the Vienne River. It is a slope with full southern exposure and chalky clay-limestone soils, the combination resulting in fully ripened, structured wines. Raffault's mid-slope vines are at least 50 years old and are worked organically and harvested by hand.

This authentic rosé from Provence operates as a playful, trendy, energetic “little sister” to Whispering Angel. The Beach is expressive both inside and out as it shows great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate.
