The Blanc de Blancs is a blend of different Chardonnay parcels grown on sandy loam. An initial crisp acidity gives way to generous floral, ripe pear, peach and citrus notes, complemented by a subtle twist of orange peel and dried fruit complexity.

Loureiro, the grape of the Lima Valley, shines with this lemon-flavored, mineral textured wine. While there is plenty of fruit, and vibrant crispness, it has the potential to fill out and give richness in the future. Drink from 2021.

A very lively dark cherry red color. Intense and honest on the nose, where the varietal aromas of the Tempranillo at its optimum point of ripeness predominate. Subtle hints of ageing appear in the background as well-integrated spiced and toasted notes. In the mouth it has body and length, balanced acidity and good persistence.

This is a blend focused on antão vaz, viosinho and alvarinho grown in the estate’s schist soils, fermented in concrete and aged on its fine lees. That quiet edges the wine’s ripe golden-apple scents, though it’s the pale fruit that lasts. Fruity, light and refreshing, this blend is crisply textured and bright in citrus acidity. Strongly aromatic, this wine hits the palate like a more astringent version of Viognier, full of ripe peaches and apricots, tempered by notes of potpourri and white flowers. The 2019 is a great bargain, and a solid debut vintage.

A golden yellow, with delightful hints of amber hues. Floral notes, violet and rose, are expertly balanced with enticing hints of apricot jam and vanilla essence. Creating a beautiful harmony, it is a delicate, well-balanced Cognac. Its smoothness generates a feeling of warmth that lingers for several minutes.

This Syrah offers a lot of aromas on the nose including black fruit. The mouth is prevalent with spices of licorice and black olive with minerality, especially graphite and soot. This wine will continue to develop over time bringing more complexity and power.

From organically farmed Topotero Vineyard located in Avila Beach, situated at the base of the Avila Valley. It is bottled at the end of primary fermentation to capture the natural bubbles in the bottle. The wine is very bright, full of strawberry notes and citrus, with a creamy soft mouthfeel.
