The Gamay Noir Rosé from Folk Machine is a perrenial favorite!

Don't let the dark glass fool you, this is a delightfully chuggable, featherweight of a Rosé with plenty of detail and nuance.

Guava, lime, sea salt. The wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished – without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. The wine completes the fermentation process in the bottle, capturing Co2 and resulting in a lively, terroir-driven sparkling wine.

This sight has been farmed by the Bastoni family since 1906. It exhibits a classic Bastoni nose of deep blue tinged fruit, like a cross between boysenberries and blueberries. Contrasting to Russian River Valley, the east side of the valley gives the wine more of a white pepper, red fruit, and juniper berry. Good but not overwhelming tannin or acidity. Med-Full bodied.

An historic grape indigenous and unique to the Le Marche region the nose presents with varied aromatics ranging from citrus and tropical fruit to notes of honey drenched flowers and even fresh pine. On the palate the wine is bright but creamy, a perfect pairing with rich roasted fish dishes, or sushi or crudo in extra virgin olive oil.
