Versatile and young, this wine has refreshing acidity and soft tannins. Deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of red fruit, blackberry, plum and licorice with hints of vanilla and leather. On the palate, full-bodied, with intense flavors of cherry, raspberry and spice culminating in a long and smooth finish. Outstanding with red meat, game and hard cheeses.

'Les Marguerites' comes from an exceptional single parcel located on the backside of the Hermitage hill, just above the town of Crozes. Whole-cluster native yeast fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by two weeks of skin maceration, regular punchdowns/pumpovers, and natural malolactic fermentation in 5-year-old barrels.

Intense spice aroma, clove and nutmeg stand out, with an elegant bitterness on the finish.

This is a young, fresh and low-tannin representation of Malbec. It is very easy to drink and it invites you to keep enjoying it. The color is red with violet nuances, with aromas of fresh cherries and strawberries. Aged completely in steel to capture the purity and freshness that is not usually associated with Argentinian Malbec.

Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are 3rd generation Piedmont winemakers in the village of Carrù. They farm 13 hectares of local varieties and fiercely defend the region’s winemaking traditions. This charming chill-able red is made entirely from the native Grignolino, a naturally thin-skinned grape that typically produces lighter reds that are extremely versatile on the dinner table.

Peter Veyder-Malberg is a pioneer in the Wachau. Unlike practically any other wine region, the Wachau is distinguished by its terraced vineyards with extremely old, dry stone walls. Many producers in the Wachau opt to push ripeness to the max, while Peter opts to highlight the intense mineral vibrancy of his cooler sites in the village of Spitz.

Inspired by a trip to Beaujolais many years back, Steve Edmunds and Ron Mansfield took the great risk of planting the first known true Gamay Noir at high elevation in the Sierra Foothills. Picked early to preserve acidity and whole cluster pressed, this wine is driven by bright tangerine and grapefruit citrus, strawberry, fennel with a mineral wet rock appeal.

Rye Batch 003 is a blend of ryes from Indiana, Poland, Tennessee and Canada, all with distinct personalities and varying ages. We started with Tennessee Rye barrels with caramel and dried fruit notes and added the Polish Rye for nuttiness and mouthfeel, the 13-year Canadian Rye to bring out notes of grass, spearmint and apple and the Indiana for candied fruit and spice. Bravo!

Deep lemon color, satin tones. Long aromatic intensity highlighting salinity, white fruit and yellow bone, marine air; white flowers, ripe citrus. Very elegant flavors of fruit in syrup and white balsamic. Hints of aniseed, fennel. Rich characteristics of baked apple croissant, lemon preserves, and rich soft vanilla custard. Slow food certified. Superbly made rich albariño.

Firm black fruit flavors given by multiple clones of Pinot Noir- Dijon 115, Coury, and Pommard. On the nose, it full of violet floral aromatics, lush black currant, and even a touch of black tea. The wine has a muscular elegance; hearty structure from the Pommard clone, a satisfying mid-palate, and unmatched (and quite intentional) perfect blending. A superb wine.
