I found textbook Nebbiolo characteristics in this vintage, a pale & somewhat evolved color, notes of dry flowers, tar & a fine thread on the palate. It was foot-trodden w/ full clusters & fermented in 500-ltr bins for 21 days, finishing in 225-ltr oak barrels & matured in neutral barrels for 11 months. One of the most impressive Nebbiolos I've encountered outside of Piamonte.

The historic 325-year-old Nolet distillery blended a combination of botanicals never before used in gin to create a floral and fruit-forward gin aimed at a new generation of gin drinkers.

Aromas of green apple and tropical fruits underscored with notes of toast and brioche. The flavors are ripe and round, with pineapple and mango being the predominant fruits. This is a particularly buttery Chardonnay that isn’t overtly cloying. Pretty notes of citrus supported by a solid core of acidity gives this wine a seamless structure.

Creamy richness and lemon-rind zestiness on this wine's subtle nose evoke lemony shortcrust pastry. Yeasty depth also characterizes the citrusy palate, which offers fine saltiness, vivid lemon and gentle, but enduring effervescence. This wine is bone dry, harmonious and elegant.

Jauma comes to us from James Erskine, a pioneer of the “nothing added, nothing taken away” approach in Australia; all grapes organically farmed by Fiona Wood. This vintage is medium-bodied with a bright, high-tone surprising for Aussie Shiraz.

Pretty aromas of violets and plum, this Merlot from Miles Garrett’s 4th vintage ever, is somehow even more lush when you drink it. Tastes like blueberry, black plum, and cran-grape, with more of the floral characteristics from the nose echoed on the palate. Free run juice is poured over intact berries for a unique, partial carbonic expression of a classic varietal.
