Fine-grained tannins build slowly on an impressively long, penetrating finish that echoes the cherry and floral notes.

Intense ruby-red in color, concentrated aromas of black cherries and baked red fruits complement undertones of plums, spices, vanilla, and anise. On the palate, velvety tannins and a full body frame the long, delectable finish of stewed strawberries and vanilla beans.

Grown above the sandstone quarry at the Bassi Vineyard, this block has an ocean view. The Pinot Gris was fermented with 100% whole cluster and the Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed on top of the fermentation for a coferment. Think dry flowers, blood orange, light & perfumed with island inspiration.
