Traditional Mediterranean aromas of citrus peel and orange blossom, savory mountain herbs and aromatic sage. Bright, juicy flavors with a searing vein of acidity pulsing through to the long creamy finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from Roero and Barolo. Fermentation occurs in temperature controlled rotary fermenters. The wine is then aged in neutral oak barrels for 3 months on its lees. An absolute pretty and clean Sauvignon from the Langhe; filled with citrus, lime and lemon zest... Very inviting and easy...

This vintage is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that are certified organic and estate grown on the Huia vineyard in Rapaura, Marlborough. Soft blush peach aromas. Strawberry. Cherry. Freshly baked bread. Taste of summer berries. Fresh and crisp with a creamy dry finish.

Aromas of cedar, mocha and tilled soil slowly emerge from the glass. Perfumed and fresh with strawberries, roses and hazelnuts, yet ever so refined and polished with firm, fine tannins. Hints of tobacco emerge from pretty red fruits. Finely crafted!

This is the fourth release of the cider. With each release new trees begin producing and the selection of apples improves. This cider is the most concentrated to date. It has higher acidity and the texture of the bubbles is extraordinary. This wine also has an almost Selosse-esque oxidative note that is quite fascinating.

From our estate located on Highway 246 in the north corridor of the Sta. Rita Hills. The 2019 shows the extreme oceanic influence of this site, being just 15 miles from the pacific ocean. Sea air and bracing citrus first greet the nose. On the palate there’s a beautiful relationship between the salinity and fruit, playing well to the overall energy and generous texture.

Chais Saint Laurent is a “Petit Négociant” specializing in wines from the Loire Valley and focused on producing small quantities from select vineyards. Crisp and clean, this is a great aperitif wine. Classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc notes of citrus and chive blossoms and a touch of melon.

A light and refreshing Champagne of great purity, offering aromas of raspberry, white peach and white cranberry on the nose. Fine bubbles and a brisk acidity on the palate lead to a fresh, floral finish.

This Bandol-inspired Rosé is a beauty, featuring aromas and flavors of citrus and stone fruits, highlighted by cherry, watermelon rind, grapefruit, nectarine, and peach flavors. The Wine has firm balancing acidity and both inviting aromas and a long finish on the palate. The medium bodied frame is layered, textured, balanced, and elegant

Huia Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay and estate grown. The nose shows fresh citrus and lovely fresh baked bread characters. Light citrus flavours retain freshness on the palate. This hand-crafted sparkling wine is delicious with canapés, freshly shucked oysters, sushi and seafood but really any time is a good time for a glass of bubbles!

Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
Aged on the lees for 4 months.

Quite versatile food wine. Great with Portuguese dishes,
such as tapenade, grilled fish or grilled shrimp. It is also
excellent as an aperitif, on its own.
