An easy and juicy snack wine with extreme freshness The wine is labeled with different labels designed by ordinary people and chosen after a contest during the March / April lock-down. Spontaneous fermentation with fermentation maceration in tubs; not filtered or clarified. Aged in 40% in old French oak barrels, 60% in steel.

A true Breganzese blend from Groppella and unidentified red Breganze grapes. The persistent and unmistakable tannin of the Groppella grape meets the softness of the red field blend. The wine has notes of black cherry, tomatoes, and balsamic with delicately integrated tannins. In Veneto this is drank at room temp but we like it with a bit of a chill.

Ruby red color with mineral and vanilla notes. Medium-bodied, dry wine with a crisp acidity (perfect for the whole meal) and soft tannins. This Barbera is very well balanced, with a good complexity and a red cherry finish.

Sciampagna, also known as Marzemina Bianca is a native grape to Veneto. Typically found in DOC blends as well as Prosecco. A unique variety with delicate aromas and flavors of buttercups, lillies, fresh herbs, lime, and green apples. The almost amber yellow of the grape is found in the wine as well. 20-30% Chardonnay is added for structure. Aged and fermented in concrete.

A firm texture and subtle, suave baking-spice flavors give this full-bodied wine welcome complexity and an appetizing mouthfeel. Nutmeg, almond and toast flavors join ripe but balanced apple and pear notes.

Wonderful berry flavors. Raspberry nose and refreshing juicy taste. Serve chilled. Flavorful with fruity sweet notes. This is a sweet party pleaser. Nice mellow juiciness.

The grapes come from the Uco Valley. Using gravity, we fill the open top tanks with a majority of whole bunches, delivering powerful floral character and berries. This Malbec is fresh and intense, where the typicity created in the vineyard becomes elegance in the wine. Fresh and intense with floral and berry notes.

Made from 30+ year old vines of French Malbec grown on clay-limestone hilltops and terraces in the Cahors, picked early in the morning to maintain freshness. Fermented in a cement tank, it's lightly fined and minimally filtered to offer round but bright juicy red berry and flower flavors on a refreshing, mineral structure.

Being named “Onikoroshi,” or “Demon Slayer,” which is a common name for dry sake, this sake has a dryness that is accompanied by a wonderful, stoney and mineral flavor that gets more crisp when served cold. Warm it up for a kick. Flavors of wet stone, cereals and anise. Makes a versatile pairing, but especially good with seafood, aromatic dishes, and fried foods. SMV +10

Layers of dried flowers and baking spice give way to savory salinity. Slightly dry and medium-bodied. Clean and focused on the finish to accentuate its rice-like qualities. Try it with game birds, pork ribs, or wild mushrooms. It is also the perfect pairing for pickled and fermented foods.

"Sacred Mist" is an ideal aperitif, or after-dinner drink. Sacred Mist from the Miyashita Brewery is produced the traditional way where the raw, unfiltered sake is put through only a very rough filter. This method creates a well-balanced, sake with a delicious, subtle sweetness.

Taking its roots deep into the chalk soils of Vouvray, this off-dry wine resonates beautifully in the mouth. Its natural sugar provides a lush foundation against which refreshing acidity and alluring saline minerality blend harmoniously. Aerial and complex, this fruity wine is to be appreciated young, but can reveal itself graciously to the ones who wait (drink now through 2034).
