Camur-ria /kamu’r:ia/ Sicilian for ‘trouble’ Sicilian sun and wind, organic grapes and a long maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation in neutral barrels. So, Camurria Orange was born, a natural orange wine bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Attractive lemon color with aromas of ripe lemon, white peach, yellow apple, kiwi, oak, chamomile, flan and baking spice. The palate is full and rich with ripe lemon, golden delicious apple, stone fruit and subtle grilled pineapple notes on entry with toasty oak, vanilla, butterscotch, lemon curd and chamomile joining on the mid-palate.

"Oni Koroshi," meaning "demon slayer," is a style of sake famous for being able to slay demons. The silky texture of this "Devil Killer" has hints of vanilla, caramel, toffee, popcorn balls, and sweet rice, and more caramel comes forth as the sake warms in the glass.
