This is the second year that Julien has made this amazing pétillant naturel with a difference. And the difference is that it is made primarily from the Aligoté grape variety which has had an infusion of apricots!

Julien puts a large “tea bag” of apricots in with the fermenting wine and it develops undertones of the apricots without dominating the resultant sparkling wine.

Jean- Marie purchases these grapes from a neighbor who is a former apprentice of his, who works his soil with respect to the environment. Vinification Method: Grapes are hand harvested, and fermented traditionally with indigenous yeast. The wine spends 12 months of elevage in 400 liter wooden tanks and is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with a small addition of sulfur.

Juicy, with generous red fruit, pops of tart pomegranate, plush tannins, cherry, cranberry and leather, this is a sexy wine that shines with a slight chill. This Alexander Valley Chardonnay is a delicious wine with floral and fruit aromas of orange blossom, citrus, pear, figs, green apple, and a hint of toasted marshmallow and caramel. Generous on the palate, creamy vanilla undertones balance layers of toast and spice.

On the nose, there are aromas of sliced yellow apples, swaths of fresh grass, cured lemon, herbaceous chamomile, and the faintest hint of anise. On the palate, there is savory apricot and apple, with a lovely saltiness that drives this wine's long finish. After a few hours open, flavors of clementine and candied banana appear. This is a structurally generous wine.

This 2001 is the current release of this single Vineyard Merlot from legendary wine maker John Gibson. This structured Merlot is ready to drink now but could go longer in the cellar. This is a Napa Valley wine for Bordeaux lovers. Complex and layered, time in the glass or decant will reveal the dark berry fruit with layers of cigar box, leather, and tobacco.

This wine has delicious aromas and flavors of grapefruit, peach, melon, lychee, lemon grass, lime zest, lemon chiffon and floral notes with a hint of minerality. The history is what drew us to making this wine, but the flavors are why I drink it. I drink this when I’m home alone listening to D’Angelo’s Voodoo album... aka this is the wine to drink when you want to do whatever the f* you want.

Sébastien Christophe started with a meager half hectare parcel of Petit Chablis inherited from (and first planted by) his grandfather. He started producing his single parcel of Petit Chablis in 1999 and has made a run for it, quickly becoming one of the regions rising stars.
A pronounced floral/herbal character on the nose, with a ripe, stone fruit character on the palate. There is fleshiness here with enough acidity to balance.

The Joel Gott 2020 California Pinot Noir has aromas of cherries and cherry cola with notes of toasted cedar and baking spices. The wine opens with bright fruit flavors followed by soft, velvety tannins on the mid-palate and a long, elegant finish.

The dominant aromas are complex, red and white fruits mixing with floral tinges. With time these fruity aromas tend to turn mellower, with touches of spices and kernel-fruits, while the color turns into amber tints. This southern Rhone red is all personality and charm with plenty of flavor some red and purple fruit and a lifted floral, spicy note. Ready to go, and great value.
