Bottled unaged straight from their copper pot still to capture the authentic character of the Blue Weber Agave. Pure & clear with aromas of white/pink peppercorns & herbal undertones. The flavor is predominantly spearmint with some roasted agave. A touch hot, this blanco is best as a shot or mixed.

Aged for 9 months in virgin white oak barrels. Wonderful sipping tequila or for use in fine cocktails. Aromas of tree fruit & gently toasted agave with hints of almond and vanilla, with a soft oak flavor on the palate.

107 Proof. This blend of 6, 8, 10, and 12-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon pays tribute to William Butler Saffell, a Kentucky distiller from the end of the 19th century. Bottled at 107 proof, it's a delightfully complex limited-edition spirit.

Rich aromas of almond, smoke, and malty goodness highlight this whisky’s extended maturation in cask. Blended malt from the little-known Matsui Shuzou distillery in Japan's Tottori Prefecture. These whiskies are made with malts sources from Scotland, then blended with Japanese whisky and volcanic-rock-filtered water.

A delicate pink orange color with copper reflections. Floral and herbaceous notes mingle with fruity and spiced scents on the nose. Wild strawberry, orange blossom and patisserie aromas abound, with a subtle nutty background. On the palate, the spiced and herbaceous notes are followed by a touch of sweetness. A delicate Spanish vermut that is elegant and full of finesse.

In this wine one senses the strict mineral discipline of Bramaterra’s volcanic rock, the savory beam of high-tension-wire fruit, and the high-toned aromatics fostered by these northerly slopes, yet its texture is supple and approachable, its structure friendly rather than imposing. Aged 6 months in large, neutral Slavonian oak botti.

This Method Ancestrale, or PetNat sparkling wine is a father/daughter collaboration to find a new use for an old vineyard of co-planted indigenous varietals. Gently pressed the juice is fermented together only partway to be bottled before completion allowing natural CO2 to develop. Enjoy with fresh shellfish, light pasta dishes or roast chicken.

A blend of Rambouillet, Thistle and Lillie’s Vineyard made by Lynn Penner-Ash. There is a lovely black pepper note on the aromatics, in addition to sweet tobacco, white flowers, cardamom, fresh herbes-de-Provence and sassafras. On the palate we find nice weight up front, carrying into the mid-palate. There are notes of earth, followed by wafts of wood smoke.

A bright, delicious white with sliced lemons, lots of mineral and ash. Some kiwi, too. It’s medium-bodied with tangy acidity. Vivid
finish.

This is a blend of 3 bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains (Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Malted Barley). Each Toasted Series expression is comprised of a different char / toast to give each version its own character; this one has a char level of 2 and heavy toast and bourbons used are aged 3-5 years.

Grown from 50+ year-old Chardonnay vines, Anne et Jean François Ganevat Arces Arbois 2018 is a creamy wine with hints of fresh butter on the nose, accompanied by mineral nuances and fennel on the palate and a meaty body with volume and consistency. Ages in horizontal conical vats for two years on the lees. Biodynamic, Natural and Vegan.

Jean-François Ganevat—known as Fanfan—makes wine with the inspired magic of an alchemist. A fusion of Beaujolais and Jura, the J'en Veux Encore ("I Want More") cuvée is a blend of Gamay and a panoply of Jura varietals, including Enfariné, Béclan, and Geuche. The average vine age is 50+ years, with some passing the century mark. Aged for 10 months in neutral oak.
