Celebrating six Californian botanicals - juniper, mint, lime, fir tree, kombu, and almonds - that are sustainably sourced or wildly-foraged along the Pacific Coast. Gray Whale Gin has a refreshingly citrus palate with a smooth creamy finish. Gluten Free

Nose: Lemongrass and lavender, shortly joined by a slight hint of waxy lemon peel. Palate: Mint leaf, black tea and more floral notes - think iris, violet and hibiscus. Finish: Juniper makes itself heard on the finish, but for just a moment.

Every batch is handcrafted in a small copper still, blending uniquely American botanicals like hand-zested Florida Oranges and California Pummelos. Each component is distilled separately and then blended together to create the finished spirit. The result is a more approachable gin.

Clear color. Aromas and flavors of gremolata, candied orange peel, and cinnamon candies with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish manifesting notes of saffron, cardamom, rose water, and lemon grass finish. Complex, spicy flavors well-mingled; this Gin will play well in any classic cocktail.

Distilled from a high altitude high malt rye mash, aged in new and finished in used charred oak barrels. Telluride Whiskey touts depth and complexity through its hints of vanilla, honey and chocolate.

This is an aromatic Sancerre with a nose and palate showing citrus and floral notes underpinned by a lovely minerality.

The Pellé family estate has been cultivating four hectares of Sancerre in the village of Montigny since 1987. Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Sancerre vineyard’s Caillote soil, a pebbly clay-limestone, consistently produces beautiful, fine-textured wine.

Silky, dark fruited, and deeply soulful wines like this are why this same small stretch of vines between Saint-Émilion’s medieval stone walls and Libourne have been a destination for world class wine since the first century. This is what Right Bank Bordeaux is all about: layers of black and red currant, perfectly etched minerality, a long, sonorous finish.

The 45-year-old vines are deeply rooted in blue-green slate that lies under a top soil of calcareous clay. This combination results in perfect nutrient and water availability for the vines. The grapes were mostly destemmed and fermented in open-top wood tanks. After a moderate maceration the wine is pressed off into neutral barrel for élevage. Only 158 cases made this vintage.

Kim & Dan are the Art & Science respectively. Kim is a renowned artist whose work graces all their labels and Dan is a natural winemaker and fermentation wizard. They work with all kinds of fruit, making ciders, perries and wine as well as some funkier things. This gorgeous food friendly red is from biodynamic grapes sourced from Johan Vineyards. Nothing added, nothing removed.

The Koerner brothers recently took over their parents very old vineyards in the Clare Valley and began converting to organics and working to make food friendly wines with a light touch. This Bordeaux-style blend is made more in a Loire Valley style with rich dark fruit to stand up to anything you might cook on the barby but heavy or hot jammyness . A finish that goes for days!

A dry, fresh and very fruity white wine. Complex, with notes of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, passion-fruit. Very well-balanced in the mouth while having very intense aromas.
