from the foothills of the Gavilan Mountains in Monterey, California is a wonderful replacement for the Fleur Central Coast Pinot. The brilliant ruby color sets the stage for aromas of cherry and dried cranberries, with hints of pepper and spice. Effusive fruit flavors dominate the palate while the wine remains soft, supple, and elegant in the mouth.

An intriguing wine due to the unexpected union of the aromas and the characteristics of the two varieties, that complement and contradict one another at the same time. After an initial nose marked by the Traminer's scents of rose and lychee, with time the typical Riesling aromas of petrol begin to emerge.Intense and mineral with apricot, passion fruit and beeswax.

Grown on 2 hectares of 8-12 year old vines on a south/southwest hillside facing the Pyrénées. Clay-limestone soils. Destemmed, 6-8 day maceration, then vinification and elevage in large concrete tanks for 6-8 months. A soft, easy drinking red wine from the Southwest, great for barbecues and other gatherings or a weeknight meal.

Fresh, floral aromas followed on the palate by a hint of sweetness and bitter flavor framework. It is made from a blend of a neutral wine and alcohol macerated with a selection of traditional botanicals including wormwood, gentian and bitter orange.

Made from the same set of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry has long been the benchmark for fine French Vermouth. Botanicals found in the Alpine meadows are added to a base wine made from regional grapes to aromatize it, imparting fresh, herbal qualities to the nose and complex flavors to palate. Notably less sugary-sweet than many of its Italian counterparts.

A subtle, slightly grassy nose, mingled with aromas of lime, thyme, and white wine. Dolin is famous for it's very light, pale Dry. In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia. In 1932 Chambéry earned France's only protected designation of origin for Vermouth.

A sweet incarnation of white vermouth, it has a beautiful nose of white cake, orange peel, flowers and cloves, with these flavors persisting on the palate, followed by a long, surprisingly fresh and acidic finish. Makes for an excellent aperitif when served on the rocks with a twist of citrus peel.

The Miro Extra Dry is elaborated specially having in mind low sugar contents with juniper aromas. It is fresh, light and bright with a soft fruity aroma. It’s the principal ingredient in the making of any good cocktail.

From the makers of the original Americano comes the Rosa, that has the lush mouthfeel and weight of a sweet vermouth, the fruit of a sangria, and the spice of a mulled wine, finishing with a tingle of bitterness on the tongue. It's absolutely delicious. Time to make a rose-colored gin martini, serve on the rocks with a lemon or lime twist or top with Chamapagne in a flute!

Blueberries, black raspberries, and blackberries abound with further hints of black olive. A potpourri of violets emerge upon tasting, while graphite and char tones lend this wine a mineral character and further heighten the complexity.

Grown in the cool Loire Valley on clay and silica soils, this Chardonnay offers beautiful restrained fruit, and enough brig ht acidity to be an excellent glass pour with fine cuisine.
