The Montravel du Château Haut Sarthes is a white wine from the Montravel region in the South-West.
This wine is a blend of 3 grape varieties which are Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle.
This wine generally goes well with salmon, seafood or a sweet dessert.

The Hubert Brochard Sancerre Rouge shows aromas and flavors of red berries, herbs, and violets. The palate is rich with ripe fruit and medium weight with bright acidity and fine tannins. Aging in used French barrique brings subtle notes of toast and baking spices.

Aromas of cooked apple, bread dough and lemon tart follow through to a full body with round, delicious fruit and a rich, flavorful finish. Yet, it remains tight and fine with lovely, compressed bubbles. New energy and freshness. Medium-to full-bodied with layers of fruit and vivid intensity.

Butterscotch and Caramel up front, and agave on the nose. Cooked Agave and tannins, immediately followed by pepper. Delicate nuance and still robust. A nice heat lingers on the back of the throat. Complex and enjoyable finish.

Mexico- Original Village Series. Handcrafted in San Balthazar Chichicapa, Oaxaca, located in a broad valley with a semitropical microclimate. Agave: Espadin. Nose of sweet roasted agave & toasted corn, palate of dried fruit & sweet almond, finish of bitter chocolate & mint.

Nose: Grassy. Citrus. Medium smoke.

Palate: Light viscous feel – somewhat slick though. Sweetness is interesting – if it exists – a fruit punch creamsicle. Tobacco and white pepper in the middle. Warm, wet stone aftertaste and some brine. As it fades away there is a slight numbing effect (Sichaun pepper but not nearly as spicy).

Nose: Sweet baking bread, bright lime and sweetness. Taste: Thin to medium mouth feel. Faint ethanol, but it’s meek and well behaved. Some minerality, sweet agave melon, pepper and breadiness. Finish: Short, a bit of heat. Some plasticity, faintly chemical. Sweet roasted agave, rising bread, potato rolls, a hint of pepper and salinity.
