This sublime Oregon Pinot comes from a tiny family owned winery in Carlton, OR. Everything is organic, hand harvested and hand crafted at Omero. Cinnamon, vanilla and sandalwood compliment the opulent cherry fruit along with notes of rhubarb and sassafras.

Leradici, meaning Roots, is an homage to Mauro Molino’s father Giuseppe, who was born in Costigliole d’Asti. Deep ruby red color tending to garnet with ageing. The bouquet is characterized by fruity notes of cherry and red fruits alternating with hints of spicy and sometimes floral notes. The result is a Barbera featuring an excellent structure and complexity.

The nose shows notes of fresh chamomile flowers, dried Meyer lemon peel, stone fruits, sweet basil, and a touch of sea salt. The palate has more weight than you'd expect from an Oregon Sauvignon Blanc but not at all heavy, and because of the ideal ripeness there is no overt "greenness" to the wine. Truly delicious and hard to put down, it's a shame we get so little every year!

The maceration of the skins between 25-30 days, it ages in French oak barrels for at least 12 months, followed by resting 6 months in the bottle. In the glass, the wine has a bright freshness of red flowers and cherries. The energy of the alps comes through on the palate with dense tannins that are balanced with freshness. There is an elegance to this wine that makes it YUMMY!!

Ruby in the glass, it smells of graphite, Parma violet, wild strawberry and peach skin, with a balsamic whiff. Velvety on the palate with tar and strawberry fruit of a stunning intensity, joined by a touch of black pepper. Broad, dusty tannins of rare power and concentration are accompanied by lifted acidity and good length. This is not a wine that's really ready to drink now; give it more time for better integration of the oak.

Golden pineapple, white flowers, and Asian pear backed by tangerine citrus. Delightful fuzziness all over from the nose through the mouth. Fresh, crunchy acidity compliments the full bodied richness of the mid-palate and provides a titillating cut under the fleshy, cloudy textures. It is rare to find so much zest and energy in such a coating white wine!

This is a dense, savory and powerful Syrah/Grenache blend that over-delivers from the south of France!
The village of Laure-Minervois is home to Château Saint Jacques d'Albas, a 90-hectare hillside estate. Some 26 hectares of the estate are planted to vines, with the rest composed of forests and creeks acting as a natural barrier to their neighbors.

Aged a minimum of 4 years, this is distilled by Mile High Spirits in a German-crafted copper still. The complex flavor profile features vanilla and smoke on the nose and a palate of dark chocolate and bold spice, finishing with toasted sugar and toffee. It's bottled at 105.6 proof for an ABV of 52.80, befitting its mile-high background.

This wheated bourbon is the latest from Mile High Spirits, made with Rocky Mountain water and Colorado corn and aged in the distillery's Denver rackhouse. It's a single barrel bottling, aged 3 years 2 months. The nose delivers caramel and vanilla, with a palate that starts with vanilla and maple and finishes with citrus and honey. Yum!

The young-vine Syrah provides plush black fruits, while the Grenache adds dark cherry & spice. Aged 24 months in French Oak Barrels rounds out the expressive tannins & adds a soft vanilla notes.

The name translates to "point and a half" . With a flavor and bitterness in-between a red vermouth and Italian amaro, Punt e Mes can be used as a substitute for rosso vermouth in such drinks as the Americano, Manhattan, Negroni, and Boulevardier. It is also great on the rocks or with soda with an orange tist as an aperitivo.

The Blanc de Blancs is a blend of different Chardonnay parcels grown on sandy loam. The grapes from these parcels create a regal and precise expression of the terroir —full of finesse with a long lingering finish. An initial crisp acidity gives way to generous floral, ripe pear, peach and citrus notes, complemented by a subtle twist of orange peel and dried fruit complexity.
