The result is a Barbera featuring an excellent structure and complexity.

Truly delicious and hard to put down, it's a shame we get so little every year!

The result is definitely maple-forward, but not as sweet as you might expect. The nose brings maple, straw and oak, with a palate of maple, rye spice, cinnamon and fig. It's a compelling pour and a good change of pace.
