The pronounced nose of roasted grains coalesces around toasted sesame, reminiscent of black sesame ice cream. Surprisingly neutral and clean at first (thanks to its make up of 60% wheat, 30% rice, and 10% sesame), but gives way to a rich sweetness of full-on toasted sesame. A smooth, mellow mouthfeel slides into a peanut butter finish. There's nothing like it! Traditionally served toddy-style in hot water.

85 Year old Chardonnay vines which helps create the foundation for a concentrated and full-bodied wine loaded with flavors of stone fruit, honey, pear skin, white flowers, and minerals. Fermented 25 days in barrel followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in barrel 25% new french oak barrels 12-18 months then another 12 months in bottle. Enjoy with White meat and seafood!

Jacoulot comes from some of the region's finest vineyards and is aged for between 7 and 25 years before final blending into this incredibly smooth, soft spirit. Notes of peanut brittle, toffee, and orchard fruit with an unctuous, luxurious mouthfeel. Despite being incredibly rare outside of France, this beats out Cognac and Armagnac at 2-3x the price.

At first whiff, this Calvados resonates deeply of pear and less-so of apple. The orchard flavors are joined by a delicious medley of caramel and white pepper spice. This is not a young spirit, and some of its charm comes from the spicy alcohol kick that lingers with grip-y, dry tannin. The perfect digestif after a meal -- don't forget the Camembert!

This young, value-priced bottling made in AOC Calvados, with 30% pears, is a solid introduction to young Calvados. Its nose is understated, with pear blossom and pear peel aromas, along with confectionary notes that carry through on the palate. Soft in the mouth, with flavors of pear compote and membrillo, and a finish of baking spice and peppercorn. Fresh and very drinkable.

Showing powerful aromas of red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant) and freshness, fine bubbles and nice rosé color. The cooler northern part of Burgundy is not far from southern Champagne, so it's unsurprising that this is the source of much sparkling Burgundy. This pale colored rosé is soft and fruity, with a hint of red cherry and plenty of fine, crisp acidity. Drink now.

We’re still working with the magical Patrician Verona vineyard planted in 1973, but we did a shorter cold soak and got less red color from the DeChaunac before we fermented it on Chardonnay skins. It’s as much a chillable red as it is your new favorite orange wine! Amber and garnet hued with aromas full of cranberry, fresh cherry, and roses then flavors of blood orange.
