Mas Mellet, Les Salines35.99Costieres de Nimes100% Carignan

The wine contains hallmarks of Pfifferling’s deftness, plus Brice and Emilie’s connection and knowledge of the salt flats that make up Nimes’ unique terroir. “Les Salines” is a rosé of old-vine Carignan, macerated for one night and pressed into old barrels. Insane.

Mas Mellet, Pari Finesse26.99Costieres de NimesGrenache, Syrah, Carignan

Blackberry, Rosemary, Winter mint. A richer, more classic expression of Nîmes, featuring predominantly Grenache and Syrah, with a splash of Carignan. The grapes come from a collection of plots that are selected for their aromatic qualities. Gentle pressing, shorter macerations, and aged until the following March in concrete.

Domaine Ledogar, "La Mariole"25.99Corbieres, Languedoc, FranceCarignan, Marselan

The Brothers Ledogar are back in the building! Domaine Ledogar is the partnership of fourth-generation winemaking brothers Xavier and Mathieu. They took over the estate in the ‘90s, and converted it to biodynamic and organic practices. Black cherry and savory herbs combine for a surprisingly light on its feet fresh winter red.

Porta del Vento "Voria Rosso"25.99SicilyPerricone

Marco Sferlazzo spent much of his life as a pharmacist in his home town of Camporeal before coming into winemaking. He originally purchased the wines for Porta del Vento from a larger company, who was planning on tearing up vines of Cataratto and Perricone in order to plant different, more well-recognized varietals.

Voria Rosso is a sparkling red of Perricone.

Domaine de Saint Pierre, Savagnin Autrement82.99Jura, FranceSavagnin

Jura lovers know the “unicorn” nature of the estate wines, not only because of their rarity, but because of how incredibly well built and how purely Jura they are. “Autrement” is the estate’s Ouille-style Savagnin, topped up to express Savagnin’s crystalline purity, tangy acidity, and pure fruit. Unbelievable.

Domaine de Saint Pierre, Les Corvées81.99Arbois, Jura85% Pinot Noir, 15% Poulsard

“Les Corvées” is winemaker Fabrice Dodane’s take on a classic Jura-blend, highlighting the finesse and structural capabilities of Pinot Noir with the brightness and earthiness of Ploussard. This wine is stunning, it’s laden with bright red fruits, wet forest floor, and spice. In addition, the grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard site.

Domaine de Saint Pierre, Les Gaudrettes60.99Arbois, JuraPinot Noir

Nothing like any Pinot Noir you’ve ever drank. While the Jura is a hotbed of traditionally-nontraditional Pinot, we seldom see any from the Jura that sees whole cluster carbonic maceration. The red berry qualities of this wine are jumping out of the glass, with touches of spice and forest floor. A really beautiful carbonic sipper.

Domaine de Saint Pierre, Trousseau81.99Arbois, JuraTrousseau

Though he has bottled Trousseau under his “Les Dos d’Chat” négociant label project, this is winemaker Fabrice Dodane's first ever bottling under the estate label. Textbook Trousseau, the workhorse of the Jura! Light bodied, herbaceous, mineral, mysterious.

Tenuta Giol, Serata Prosecco19.99VenetoGlera

Prosecco is known for being cheap, mass-produced, hangover juice. However, there are real examples of hard-working, honest producers making extremely solid wines. Tenuta Giol, an estate founded in 1427, is one of those. The estate began its conversion to organic agriculture in the 1980s, and is currently certified and uses little to no sulfur! These bubbles are classic.

Forthave Spirits, Amaro "TWO"37.99Brooklyn, New York

The newest limited addition to the Forthave lineup. “TWO” is four years in the making, inspired by a visit to a foraging-focused restaurant in the Catskills after being presented with freshly foraged “Chaga,” a Northern hemishpere mycelium.
“TWO” is a spicy, earthy, and citrusy masterclass of Amaro, comprised of mostly chaga along with 40 other botanicals.

Housui "Old Mountain" Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai8.99Tokushima Prefecture, JapanTamasakae, RMR 60%

Tempting aromas of lemon custard, white flowers, macadamia, fennel root, kelp, nectarine & pear descend into flavors of prosciutto, honey, chantarelles, pie crust, white peppercorn & hints of PNW forest floor. Hints of chocolate & blood orange. Hearty.
Serve room temp. Pair with bacon seared scallops, beef, pork, halibut, fried foods, & BBQ. SMV +7.5

2017 Tenuta di Fiorano Fioranello Bianco32.99Lazio, ItalyViognier, Grechetto

This historic estate of a Roman Prince has been combining French and Italian varietals for over half a century and is credited with inspiring the Super Tuscan movement in wine. This unctuous white hits many of the same notes as great Condrieu from the Rhone with tropical fruit and baked apple and hints of white flowers. Enjoy with carbonara or butter poached fish!

2021 Smallfry Eden Valley Riesling35.99Eden Valley, South Australia100% Riesling

"Attractive lemon and stone-fruit aromas with fresh florals, this has plenty of depth in the fruit department. The palate is bone dry and has crisp green-apple and pear flavors with a squeeze of lime juice on the finish. So fresh. From biodynamically grown grapes." - James Suckling

2021 Smallfry Eclecktik Violet32.99Barossa Valley, South Australia60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault

100+ year old Grenache bush vines and younger Cinsualt plantings, biodynamically grown and fermented with native yeast and minmal sulfur in stainless steel. All the bright strawberry fruit of Grenache is here but with a body more commonly associated with something like a Pinot Noir. Light, bright and refreshing, a slight chill on this red would be delicious!

2018 Xavier Gerard Condrieu "La Cote Chatillon"76.99Northern Rhone, FranceViognier

From the estate’s finest holding, situated in the middle of the slope overlooking the Rhone, this cuvee from the famed “Cote Chatillon” lieu-dit has long been the flagship Condrieu of Domaine Gerard. The richness of the fruit is placed in balance by bright acidity, in a masterfully-controlled wine. A liveliness and notes of spice carry through the pleasing finish.

Kiku Masamune Kinushiro Junmai Nigori 500 mL15.99Hyogo Prefecture, Japan73% RMR

Vibrant aromas & flavors of apple, pear, melon & Muscat grape. Sweet, but this nigori wears it well -- the combination of acidity & alcohol integrate all these flavors nicely into this lush sake. Serve cold or over ice. Rich & Sweet --SMV: -40, Acidity: 2

Shibata Pink Junmai Ginjo "Cloudy Sake"10.99Hokkaido Prefecture, JapanGinpu

Aromas of banana cream, vanilla custard, melon, sugar cookie & thyme peppered with hints of anise entice you into the glass. The first sip reveals this isn't as sweet as the nose implies, with a balanced, mellow & velvety finish. Outrageously pleasant, enjoy flavors of tapioca pudding, fresh baked Hawaiian rolls, orange & cherry blossom, with an undercurrent of celery & umami.

2020 Lucien Muzard Puligny-MontrachetBurgundy, France100% Chardonnay

Nine generations of Muzards precede Claude and Hervé, who today control Domaine Lucien Muzard across 16 ha of vineyards. A return to minimal intervention in the vineyards, with organic and biodynamic practices along with modern wine-making techniques has resulted in spotlessly pure, great value Burgundy.

2016 Georges Lignier Morey-Saint-Denis 1erCru "Clos des Ormes"Burgundy, France100% Pinot Noir

Domaine Georges Lignier owns a full 2 hectares out of the 4 hectares that comprises the “Clos des Ormes”. This wine typically carries a lighter robe, deceptive perhaps because the concentration levels are high and limn the wine in high relief through its intense aromatics and persistent finish.

2017 Domaine Jean Chauvenet Vosne-Romanee100% Pinot Noir

Although this wine displays some of the classic exotic-spice aromas of Vosne, as well as a slightly silkier texture as befits the appellation, it is in a sense very much a Vosne-Romaneé as rendered by a Nuits-Saint-Georges specialist: firmly mineral, gutsy in spirit, and built to last. The domains very old vines here–some over 100 years of age.

2016 Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Volnay 1er cru 'Les Mitans"Burgundy, France100% Pinot Noir

(Burghound 90-92 points) A restrained but softly perfumed nose combines notes of red and dark cherry, spice, plum, sandalwood and a hint of violet. There is a bit more flesh to the equally racy, intense and stony flavors that exhibit slightly better depth and persistence, at least today.

2018 Harmand-Geoffroy Gevrey-ChambertinBurgundy, France100% Pinot Noir

An “uber-classic” Gevrey sourced from multiple small parcels (covering more than four hectares) throughout the village which enables the wine to capture the true nature of this grand appellation. Rich, yet graceful, this Gevrey shows the wild berry fruit and charming rusticity that are the hallmarks of true Gevrey Chambertin.

2020 Peay Cep Vineyard Hopkins Ranch Rosé25.99Russian River Valley, California100% Pinot Noir

The Cep Rosé is a refreshing, crisp, bright rosé that has verve and can be enjoyed without having to pick yourself up off the lawn. Though not a fruity rosé, minor notes of white peach, unripe nectarine, and watermelon playfully interact with a Belgian beer yeast aroma. The texture is crisp with medium to light body and quite a surprisingly long, salty finish.

2017 Big Basin Homestead Red31.99California52% Grenache, 23% Carignan, 20% Syrah, and 5% Mourvèdre

Plenty of crunchy black cherry and blackberry fruits, roasted herbs, and licorice notes define the 2017 Homestead. It’s medium-bodied, with a fresh, elegant texture, beautiful tannins, and outstanding length.
