A brilliant ruby color with ripe dark berries, licorice, smoky minerals, and a hint of succulent flowers on the perfumed nose. Juicy, round, and open-knit; a peppery note adds lift and cut to warm blackberry, bitter cherry, and licorice pastille flavors. The long, mineral-accented finish shows very good focus and closes on a youthfully tannic note.

Aromatics are part sweet and grainy, not unlike malt or honey bread, and part ripe banana with hints of winter squash. A great introductory Sake, with modest levels of umami and acidity. Fresh and smooth, enjoy chilled or in cocktails.

Intense juicy raspberry and black cherry nose that follows through to the palate. Smooth and elegant texture balances the fresh acidity while leading to lovely length. Very generous on the palate while maintaining structural integrity. Approachable now with graceful aging potential.

Pinot Gris & Orange Muscat co-ferment is blended with Gewürztraminer & Semillon, creating a stunning jewel-toned true orange. On the palate, Pinot Gris lends savory rich layers, while Gewürztraminer brings ripe aromatics & a feathery mid-palate. Tropical notes integrate into the high-acid finish with a textural citrus crunch that delights.

The aroma is intensely full of sweet agave and earthy notes, maybe even smoky. The palate is rich, but not oily and the rustic, earthy herbal tones continue on the palate. There's a bit of pepper and some sweetness, but not overtly so. A blanco tequila with substance.

Super-rich vanilla nose with a little bit of fruit and little cooked agave. It has a buttery-rich texture with some roasted tropical fruits in addition to notes of toffee and caramelized orange peel. It ends just as fruity as it started with just a little bit fresh green pepper added. It's a very drinkable tequila that has all the smoothness you would ever want.

"Puro" pisco is made with one grape varietal. Santiago Queirolo was in Italian immigrant who settled in Peru and established a winery in 1880. Peruvian Pisco is distilled only once in a pot-still, no wood aging is allowed, and cannot have any alterations including dilution.

Matured in three types of barrels: ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry & Mizunara.
