This Malbec has fruity, aromatic characteristics of blackberry and ripe cherry. This first release has great volume and depth with a long finish, maintaining the soft tannins and easy drinkability of a classic Malbec.

This Pinot Blanc has all of the classic notes of Alsatian Pinot Blanc. On the nose and palate you will find toasted almonds, golden pear, peach and golden apple. Pinot Blanc has a natural silky texture which makes this wine perfect for a meat and cheese tray or next to an entree of roasted pork loin or grilled pork chops. Also goes great with Thai or Vietnamese cuisine.

Verdicchio is the crown jewel grape of the region of Marche. This grape has lemon/ lime zest, fresh quince, tart peach and green almond on the palate. All vineyards are coastal so this adds a bright oceanic salinity to the wines. Locally, this wine is always paired with a long feast of seafood. Try this wine if you want to branch out from other bright refreshing white wines.

Nero Ossidiana is a blend of mostly Corinto Nero with Nero d'Avola in a supporting role. This is a delightful wine that shows the glossy intensity and shine of a Burgundian grape, despite its origins in one of the warmest islands in the sun-soaked heart of the Mediterranean Sea. Polished tones of bright berry and cassis give the wine lots of energy and buoyancy. The results are elegant, floral and very easy on the nose and mouth.

This sour mash, small batch whiskey shows maturity far beyond its 2 to 4 years in the barrel. A velvety texture on the palate brings butter pecan ice cream, cinnamon toast, maple syrup, and vanilla custard. There is tremendous length on the finish, with a cola-like syrupy sweetness throughout.
