Don Julio 70 Añejo Claro Tequila is aged eighteen months in American white-oak barrels and then carefully filtered (cristalino ) to bring out its crisp agave flavor. Easy and elegant, with hints of white pepper, tobacco, nut and a very soft wet oak. Agave is present throughout. Aged 18 months.

This straight rye whiskey has an uncommon complexity and “damn that’s smooth” taste. Light amber color. Bright, interesting, grainy aromas of nutshells, burlap grain sack, nougat, and white pepper. Supple, vibrant, fruity body and a peppery, elegant, medium-long fruit granola, creme brulee, and pink peppercorns.

A dynamic wine made from a rare pink-hued version of Parellada, one of the grapes of Cava, this comes across as a hypothetical fusion between Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, leading with citrus, cream, and flaky pastry dough aromatics, tightening down on the palate with dried honey, preserved lemons, edgy grapefruit pith, and damp earth.

The 2018 Pollard Merlot is a rich, balanced wine of medium weight framed with a fine tannin structure. Layers of black cherry and plum accented by cedar and sage give it a very savory taste. Just like the wine maker Robin Pollard, her wines are classic and straight forward. Her agricultural background comes through with a lot of the focus being on top quality fruit.

With a straw yellow color, Yzaguirre Classic White Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Fresh and smooth in the mouth and very well balanced, it has notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
