Sparkling cider made of a 60/40 blend of apples (Signe Tillish + Åkerö) from around Stockholm and pears from Skåne. A little reductive on the nose the first 5-10 minutes but quickly opens up in all its glory. Clear notes of pear with a bit of cloves with some air due to a touch of brett. Not crazy acidic and extremely juicy. An every day glugger!
