A full-bodied and balanced bourbon, at once fresh, sweet and smoky, with a rich and rounded mouthfeel, Longbranch is a collaborative effort between Wild Turkey Master Distiller Eddie Russell and the brand's Creative Director – award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey.

Nose: Full and peppery with juniper berry, lemon oil and dried herbs. A little fennel.
Palate: Peppery and floral palate entry with hints of soft fruits, tangy juniper oil, pepper and coriander seed.
Finish: Long, spicy finish with berry fruits.

Excellent Marc de Bourgogne, made from 100% skin of Pinot Noir. Great alcohol, aroma of dried dark fruits, plums, cherries, raisins, figs, dates, sweet dried herbs, nuts. Marc balanced, rich, elegant, warm, with memorable picante finish and vanilla tobacco and caramel aftertaste.

Medium straw color. Aromas and flavors of white peach, cream, and vanilla with a round, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a graceful, interesting, medium-length finish with overtones of yellow apple and coconut with fine tannins and moderate oak flavor. A rich-yet-crisp modern white Rioja.

Bourgueil like neighboring Chinon is Cabernet Franc heavy, and together the two regions are known around the world for producing some of the finest examples of the grape. Unlike Chinon which is rich with limestone, Bourgueil has sandy soils that lie beneath the vines. This sandy soil produces a great struggle that brings out the juiciest, most fragrant renditions of Cab Franc.

Made from blocks grown specifically for rosé, a perky and fresh expression of what the Southen Rhône is capable of for pink styles, a world away from the deeply hued, fruit driven Tavel styles. A similar weight and feel to good Provence rosé, though more a watermelon juice and citrus fruit spectrum, stony rather than saline mineral. Beautifully perfumed with supreme tension, a magnificent seafood wine.

An unmitigated bargain from the Northern Rhône IGP that keeps on giving - Collines Rhodaniennes. This pure Syrah 'mini' Côte Rôtie has that grand appellation's hallmark sleek black fruit and cool mineral core. The nose expresses beautiful aromas of black fruits and smoky notes, while the palate offers a soft texture, a beautiful density and fine, delicate tannins.

A medium-deep garnet hue sets the stage for a captivating nose of ripe cherry, blueberry, and plum, layered with dusty earth, wild herbs, crushed violets, and a touch of cedar. The palate is full-bodied and harmoniously textured, unfolding notes of blackberry compote, dark chocolate, and savory spice. Dense yet graceful, it finishes long and velvety, with no excess sweetness—just pure Brunello elegance.

Maison Burn's Sylvaners are simply stunning. They are arguably the best wines from this variety in Alsace (especially if you take into account their very low price). In any case, the combination of very old vines and low yields , plus Burn’s penchant for picking extremely ripe grapes harvested well after everyone around has finished picking, accounts for the magnificent bottle

This Method Ancestral is an orangey-pink color with red berry notes on the nose. It’s a beautiful thing to behold but once you take a sip I am sure you will be convinced that the palate delivers on a similar scale. Bright white strawberry notes mingle with peach and pear and integrate seamlessly into a toasty finish. It’s straightforward and clean, pretty, bright and bone-dry.

This cider features a very unique flavor profile due to the inclusion of blackcurrants. The blackcurrants are carbonically macerated to bring down the acidity, resulting in a surprisingly savory cider with aromas of herbs and bell pepper. Think chef-y tomato water or gazpacho, in a good way! The name is a tribute to their favorite Drag Race winner, Bianca Del Rio.

Sparkling cider made of a 60/40 blend of apples (Signe Tillish + Åkerö) from around Stockholm and pears from Skåne. A little reductive on the nose the first 5-10 minutes but quickly opens up in all its glory. Clear notes of pear with a bit of cloves with some air due to a touch of brett. Not crazy acidic and extremely juicy. An every day glugger!
