“Climats de Glace” combines fruit from two parcels. Clos du Cromin brings salty, citrusy linearity. Les Corbins adds riper, more orchard-like fruit. The resulting complexity is heightened by phenomenal concentration and serious length. A simply stunning bottle!

With each new vintage, wines from once-overlooked appellations like Saint-Romain are taking serious star turns. This cellar-worthy stunner would cost twice as much if it hailed from one of the ‘big three’ Chardonnay villages. Aromas of mandarin, crisp Anjou pear, crushed stone & citrus. Palate of peach, yellow apple, a kiss of vanilla. Finishes w/dazzling citrusy minerality.

The intense licorice and blackberry-pastille aromas bowl you over. A very lush and rather concentrated wine for this appellation with some nice, velvety tannins to balance the full body and give some firmness at the finish. Pure merlot

Deep aromas of ripe red and dark fruits are joined by delicate violet and lavender notes, with traces of vanilla and mocha. A rich, concentrated mouthfeel is highlighted by flavors of blueberries and blackberries with a touch of leather and cinnamon. The wine has well-integrated tannins, bright acidity and a flinty minerality that provides exceptional length to the finish.

Traditionally found in the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region of northeastern Italy, Bianchetta Trevigiana is often used as a base wine for Vermouth. Rarely planted in California, these vines are found in the very southern hills of Carneros in Southern Sonoma County featuring volcanic and adobe clay soils.

Lemon rind, white flower, pea shoots, and hints of green papaya.

100% Syrah (and 100% whole cluster fermentation) from some of our favorite vineyards on the north coast. This wine leans heavily into the savory style of the grape. The nose shows smoky olive tapenade, pepper, dark fruits and a strawberry compote lift. The palate has a presence to it with moderate acid and a flavor set of pepper spice, olive, mesquite, and ample black fruits.

Made by one of the best producers of traditional varieties on the island, this medium bodied red is balanced in alcohol and blessed with soft tannins. Ruby red with intense, perfume with notes of wild “macchia Mediterranea” smells and fresh red fruit. It is redolent of dried cranberry, raspberry and baking spices. Pair with roasted pork or lamb!
