Vincent Couche is an organic & biodynamic pioneer making some incredibly exciting wines. The Eclipsia Brut spends 2-3 years on the lees and has beautiful tart lemon and ripe peach flavors balanced with just a touch of brioche and bread crust.

Mirabelle Brut has generous fruitful aromas of green apple, peach, apricot and pear, followed by nuances of lemon-lime and vanilla. In the mouth, there are flavors of baked apple, Meyer lemon, ginger and crème brûlée. The palate is crisp on entry with a tangy finish.

Elisabetta Foradori is quietly producing some of Italy’s most complex, deep and compelling wines. Her Nosiola has a complex nose full of exotic fruit and herbal notes. The palate is markedly fresh, and really lingers on the finish. As versatile as it is delicious—great with seafood, spicy food, mature cheese or rich vegetarian dishes.

The grapes were destemmed and crushed leaving ~20% whole berries. After 17 months in 32% new French Oak the result is a wonderfully fresh Cabernet blend that has well integrated fruit and a dry finish. This makes it an ideal wine for duck, lamb, or even pork. However it still shines with that Tomahawk Rib-eye and Mushrooms in a red wine sauce. Enjoy!

A very pale pink. Aroma of white peach, crunch strawberry, and fresh raspberry. Don’t let the color fool you, there’s texture and complexity on the palate which rivals that of Provence. Incredible value is found here!

The nuns of Monastero Suore Cistercensi organically farm five hectares of vines in Vitorchiano, about ninety minutes north of Rome. "Coenobium" reflects the power of the volcanic soils—striking minerality interplays with smoke, iron and green apple while fennel front and honey finish on the palate. A fruity sparkler made by the traditional method of refermentation in bottle (no charmat method here). Aromas of red fruits and herbs and dry violet tones. On the palate it’s intense, fleshy and enveloping with a delicate carbonic texture, good tannins and a persistent finish. In short, this is a delicate and natural wine that has immense glugability.

Damien is Georges Descombes' step-son, and has worked alongside his step-father since early childhood. Learning everything from Descombes—both in the vines and in their now shared cellar—has instilled the same values in Damien's work ethic: organic viticulture, hand harvesting, native yeasts, zero intervention in the cellar and little if any sulfuring at bottling.

This Burgundy Estate produces one utterly perfect wine: a pure and refreshing Chardonnay, from the birthplace of the Chardonnay grape. You will find a fresh, light and fruity white wine. You will also notice scents of white flowers, enhanced by a hint of citrus. Throughout the mouth, the body remains supple, slightly mineral and it has a long aftertaste.

A dense Champagne with a tight and linear structure. Compressed and very pretty. Hints of nuts and cream with some pie crust. Some nougat, too. Very long and flavorful. It’s one for a meal. One third of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in barrel for about six months. Disgorged July 19, 2020. It’s aged six years on lees.
