Pale gold in color the nose is powerful with notes of grapefruit, Mirabelle plums and spices. The palate is full and fresh with citrus fruit flavors and a vibrant zesty finish. In the cellar the wine is blended from across the different terroirs allowing to fully express the Pouilly Fumé appellation.

This wine is made by female winemaker Liz Silkman. Silkman uses both sustainable and organic farming practices both in the vineyards and in the winery. Citrus Zest, pineapple, white spice and honeysuckle characteristics. Zippy acidity and tangy citrus notes.

From old vine just outside of Brouilly-this Beaujolais is fermented via carbonic macération then aged for 8 months in very large, very old barrel. Find notes of fresh cherry, macerated cranberry and a lovely finish of granitic minerality. Serve slightly chilled!

Famous for its production of sauvignon blanc; Sancerre is a hot category; and here we present a rose of pinot noir coming from the central valley of the Loire. Ripe watermelon, strawberry, and rainier cherries compliment the aromas of this rose. Serve lightly chilled to really enjoy a palate that finishes with key lime pie and raspberries.

It is a blend of Arneis, Favorita and Cortese, local grapes in Piedmont, that are aged in concrete vats. Rich and fruity on the nose displaying floral notes and white fruit flavours of banana and pear. This fruity sensation transitions in the mouth to deeper notes of honey, butter and a light acidity that swiftly cleanses the palate. Well structured with good balance.
