Intense aroma with notes of ripe plum and light vanilla from the oak. Full, dense, smooth flavor with balanced notes of spice and red fruit. As the wine opens there are aromas of ripe blue and black fruits with a kiss of black pepper. The palate is opulent with mixed wild berries, jasmine tea and smoked game. The tannins are soft with a tart and vibrant finish.

Floral nose accompanied by lychee aromas, a lively and ample mouth feel. Beautifully balanced, with hints of vanilla, citrus fruits, and almonds on the finish.

The predominance of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in this delicious Champagne is apparent in the bright, berry fruit aromas and the delicate, mouth-filling texture. Moving to the Chardonnay, the 2018 Chardonnay Sonoma County comes mostly from the Alexander Valley and was brought up in a mix of new, neutral, and stainless steel. Classic California Chardonnay notes of baked apples, spice, and brioche all emerge from the glass, and it's textured, medium-bodied, and balanced on the palate. It's a terrific house white!

Aromas of acacia with hints of sage, rosemary and musk lead to a fruity palate with notes of green apple, peach and apricot. This lively wine has the perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.

'Spinning Cone' technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the base wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The alcohol is reduced to below 1% on approximately 60% of the final volume, with 40% of the base blended back to achieve a final alcohol level of 7%
