Nose - Straw, Slight Must, Red Licorice, Honey, Salted Toffee
Palate - Dominant Fresh Honey, Pine, Grassy Notes, Caramel
Finish - Pine, Pepper, Oak, Overall Dry
Aged for an average of eight years and then bottled in small batches.

Nose: Graham cracker, caramel and brown sugar, with touches of cocoa, clove and a dash of stinging ethanol (125 Proof!)
Palate: There is a rush of initial sweetness and spice, with cinnamon brown sugar and gingerbread giving way to hazelnut, dark fruit compote and traces of sweet espresso roast.

Aroma: Vanilla, nuts, and brown sugar with notes of oak and cinnamon.
Taste: Spicy, bold, and deeply complex with creamy toffee, licorice, and vanilla.
Finish: Sweet spice and malty notes.

Nose: Sweet cinnamon bread, baked tart apples and a touch of brown sugar. There’s buttery notes, raisins soaked in brandy and a little bit of banana laffy taffy.
Palate: Waffles with cherry syrup, honey butter biscuits, a little bit of light red fruits and a bit of oak.
Finish: Maraschino cherries continue the sweet, fruity treat trend followed by Oreo cookies.

Nose: A pleasant nectarine and honey, with a fair amount of heat up front. The senses settle in to the experience and picked up the slightest touch of green apple lingering in the background.
Palate: Brown sugar, bubble gum, and medium body. In the finish found notes of apple again sweetness of a dark cherry. For a six year old, didn’t pick up as much oak as was expecting.

Nose: Dark sweets (caramel, butterscotch, toffee, etc.), buttery, oaky, dried dark fruit, roasted corn, vanilla and some char.
Palate: Oak, caramel corn, herbal spice, dried dark fruit, leather and some vanilla taffy with bits of sour cherries.
Finish: Long -> Oak, caramel, cocoa, spice and dried corn.

Aroma: Delightfully complex with notes of vanilla bean, sweet fruit, and fresh mint
Taste: Smooth and warm; pleasantly woody with accents of spice, smoke, and nutmeg
Finish: Long, sweet, and slightly toasty

NOSE
Sweet and sticky with notes of caramel, vanilla, nuts, fruit and fresh hay. No real depth to speak of but not a bad aroma all in all.

PALATE
Dark sweets, grains, nuts, spice and a light bit of smoke that reminds me of mesquite bbq. Like the nose it’s not very complex, but it’s pleasant.

FINISH
Medium fade of caramel, toasted bread, char and smoked ham.

The Foragers Gin is a special release collaboration with Denver Botanic Gardens. The Gardens harvests botanicals used in the production of the gin and Mythology donates part of the proceeds back to the Gardens. A dry gin with lemon zest, soft juniper, and fresh cut flowers on the nose transition to chamomile tea, fresh pine, pink peppercorn spice, and lemon rind on the palate.

The M. Marengo 2019 Barbera d'Alba Vigna Pugnane is a lovely wine showing bright fruit and a nice aromatic intensity that shines from the glass. You get classic Barbera tones of fresh cherry, forest berry and dried blueberry. The quality of those fruit tones is sharp and well defined, and that's what gives this wine its edge.

A delicious classic Spanish sweet Vermut. Dark brown with amber highlights. Scented and elegant aroma, herbaceous, with rosemary, sage and also vanilla. Sweet, warm and balanced bouquet; thyme, hazelnut and vanilla. Made with 10 different botanicals, including vanilla, orange peel, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, laurel, oregano, fennel, and sage. Perfect with soda or in cocktails.

A dry Provence Rose, from Chateau d’Astros, a historic property in the VAR. This blend of certified organic Grenache, Cinsault and Caladoc yields a wine with a fresh bouquet of lychee, white peach and guava followed by a rich palate with a fruity expression. This wine makes an excellent aperitif or to pair with grilled swordfish with peach salsa!

The Credoz family have worked vines in Jura dating back to 1859 in the village of Menetreu-le-Vignoble, rather far from the domaines current home in Chateau-Chalon. Their old vine Chardonnay is from 70yo vines in the Chateau-Chalon appellation and is a touch oxidative showing complex notes of chamomile, brioche and salted almond.
