A skin-contact Pinot Grigio. It has an Intense, floral and fruity bouquet with hints of yellow flesh fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and savory. Citrus, sweet pears and jasmine. Hint of nuts and a wet stone, mineral complexity.

The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Stainless steel is also used for maturation to keep the wine fresh and crisp. On the nose fruity aromas of pears and apples, light notes of honey and nut. On the palate full-flavored, mellow and rich.
