Pale green gold in color, Les Deux Tours 2019 has a very fine nose with a beautiful expression of sauvignon blanc, lemon notes, flesh of white fruits, and some fine aniseed nuances. In the mouth, a nice, supple and fruity attack, with good vivacity and a fruit-forward aromatic finish.

The bouquet is redolent of olive tapenade, peppercorn, smoked meat and violets. The palate follows the nose with bacon fat, spice, plum and black cherry fruits. Classic Syrah characteristics evolve from the first glass to the last!

Aromas of lemon verbena, thyme and gooseberry, along with blackcurrant leaf and some unripe guava lead to a stony and fresh palate showing bracing acidity and a flinty smokiness. The palate is neither overly green nor tropical, with acid and alcohol perfectly in tune with the fruit.

Lezèr ("light" in local dialect) was a wine born of the challenging 2017 vintage, when Foradori's Teroldego crop was roughed up by a summer hailstorm. On the mouth, the wine is fresh, round and fruity with aromas of melon, kiwi, peaches and apricot and a nice minerality. Overall, the wine is nicely balanced and fresh with a great length.

This wine is made from a grape called EVA DE LOS SANTOS. It’s from the Extremadura region in Spain & it’s RARE. This wine is made in an oxidative style which means wines that have been deliberately exposed to oxygen during the winemaking process. It gives off nutty vibes and tips the hat to a light manzanilla style sherry. ITS VERY DOPE.

In the rural Vendôme region of the Loire, Patrice Colin’s organic farm boasts some of the oldest Pineau d’Aunis vines in France.
