Domaine de Medeilhan has been family owned since its founding in 1890 and in that time has built quite a reputation as one of the premier growers in the Pays d’Oc. In 1999 Christine de Saussine took her place at the helm of the family winery and immediately began to put her stamp on the estate. This Petit Verdot is dark in color, rich and sturdy on the palate, Bordeaux-esque.

Dorka represents yet another dynamic generation coming of age in Tokaj. Quantities of her wines extremely limited as this is still a very nascent project. The floral and tropical aromatics of this Harslevlu jump out of the glass. The wine is rich and decadent with streaks of minerality and salinity, a tokaj like no other.

The 2022 vintage of Pinhook Rye showcases bright aromas of pear, clove, walnut, and honeycomb. These transition to a vibrant palate of baked apple, black pepper, and toffee.

Orange peel, allspice, and cinnamon highlight layers of banana bread with rich caramel. On the palate, apple crisp and molasses lead to a balanced finish of fruit and spice, rounding out this luxurious, summer sipper.

The grapes come from gravel soils which brings a bit more density of fruit. Lovely bright pink color, hints of raspberry and strawberry, very dry and balanced on the palate with a bit of peach and red berries in the finish with crisp saline acidity. "Particulièrement gouleyant" it says on the label and even if we can't pronounce it—we couldn't agree more!

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

Inspired to produce an even fruitier, sweeter Balvenie, Apprentice Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie had the bright idea to import Virgin Oak barrels from Kentucky. After deep toasting them at The Balvenie Cooperage they were filled with Balvenie aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a delectably complex whisky with notes of candied fruit, coconut and delicate vanilla.

A versatile dry gin that is crafted using a unique combination of 22 botanicals that are hand-foraged locally and sustainably on the Scottish island of Islay. This incredible attention to detail results in a beautifully complex and elegantly smooth gin with a versatile flavor profile that is perfect for cocktails.

Eight botanicals, all of them native to Kentucky, and every single one of them given a moment to shine in the finished product. Balanced notes of citrus and lemon verbena, followed by spicy ginger and sweet chamomile flower. Delicately complex with a distinct earthy character including angelica, soft juniper, and rosemary.

A nose of lemon peel, apricot, and toast transitions to honey, lemon, allspice, and stone fruit on the palate, complemented by a juicy, fruity finish with lingering white pepper. Minimum age of 3.5 years. Castle & Key takes a vintage approach to its rye blends, emphasizing the best expression of the barrels over a consistent flavor profile from batch to batch.

This wine is more akin to French Mâconnais than domestic Chardonnnay—marked by a distinct signature of crispy fresh herbs, almost in the spectrum of 'hops'. Its fruit is cool and crispy, apple-driven, and laced with the fine minerality of the Piedmont hills. Fruit from 40 year old vines. Raised on the fine lees in stainless steel.
