Tart cranberry, orange peel, dried flowers, garrigue, and earth tones finished with balanced acidity and lithe tannins.

2019 Johan Estate Chardonnay43.99Van Duzer Corridor, Oregon100% Chardonnay

This Oregon Chard is at once opulent and racy. From high acid clones in the cool pocket micro-climate of Van Duzer, the biodynamic grapes are fermented with native yeast in barrels, 33% of which are new. After 18 months on the lees this wine was bottled unfiltered for a creamy texture cut through with zippy charred pineapple, cedar, flint and burnt lemon. A stunning, rare wine.

2019 Johan Estate Blaufrankisch40.99Van Duzer Corridor, Oregon100% Blaufrankisch

While still a rare grape for the US, this Austrian varietal is showing great promise in Oregon, and winemaker Morgan Beck believes it has potential akin to Pinot Noir to thrive in the Willamette Valley and make wines that showcase the complex minerality of the region. This gorgeous example shows crushed black cherries and pink peppercorns with a racy and vibrant long finish.

Domaine de Villaine Rully Blanc 1er Cru Rabourcé134.99Burgundy, France100% Chardonnay

Rabourcé is considered one of the top premiers crus in Rully. Its old vines sit on a steep clay and limestone slope and yield a complex, powerful wine. The 2020 Rabourcé is a tightly wound, structured white with notes of lemon zest, herbs, and French oak—serious white Burgundy that needs a few years to unfurl.

Domaine de Villaine Rully 1er Cru Montpalais119.99Burgundy, France100% Chardonnay

Aged 12-18 months in 25% new oak to keep the purity of the wine, exhibiting exotic notes of kiwi, lychee, even passion fruit all surrounded by a subtle oak presence very airy and floral. Their single-vineyard parcels are stunning examples of what this complex and amazing terroir can yield. Though their wines are quite enjoyable young, their ability to age well is what one might expect from a master such as de Villaine

Domaine de Villaine Rully 1er Cru Cloux134.99Burgundy, France100% Pinot Noir

Aged in older barrels, this rouge is deep in color and restrained at first. In the glass, it opens up to reveal irresistible notes of raspberries and red currant. It’s fresh, with good acidity, but also among the domaine’s more robust reds. The vines have an average age of over 45 years and the soil is clay and limestone. This will evolve beautifully over 10-15 years.

Domaine de Villaine Bouzeron 202255.99Burgundy, France100% Aligote

True to its varietal nature, the Domaine de Villaine Bouzeron is a liveley, fruity wine, but it also has a finesse and roundness that spring from the essential nature of the terroir. This liveliness is generated by the particular marl-limestone soils of Bouzeron. Fresh and aromatic when drunk young, but can be cellared for ten years to develop weight and fullness.

Domaine de Villaine Bourgogne Rouge La Fortune59.99Burgundy, France100% Pinot Noir

La Fortune is a single lieu-dit on the slopes above the northern portion of the village of Bouzeron, planted to young vines. This is fermented in open-top wood fermenters, with about one-third whole clusters to produce this forward, accessible wine, with a lovely cherry fruit scented with violets. On the palate, the wine is fresh and youthful.

Domaine de Villaine Bourgogne Rouge La Digoine65.99Burgundy, France100% Pinot Noir

At first sight, the color is an intense red. Even if the nose is still slightly shy, it suggests a great wine; this impression is confirmed by the complexity on the palate. A wine fleshy, rich, deep, full of ripe and silky tannins. There is great density of deeper darker fruit, and then more tannins behind. Lovely limestone finish and very long backbone.

Les Chemins de L'Arkose28.99Montpeyroux, France100% Gamay

This is a classic wine that ticks all the new passion boxes! 60 year old Guyot-trained gamay gets its start in granite soil with organic farming methods. The unfiltered juice is well-balanced, enticingly evolving, and quafferingly delicious!

Tenuta Armonia “Diabolik”29.99VenetoSyrah

Usually we say never judge a book by its cover, but in this case PLEASE DO. Diabolik is AWESOME. 100% young vine Syrah from the Veneto, half carbonic maceration, the other whole cluster. FIRE EMOJIS ALL DAY

Tenuta Foresto “Le Comedie”32.99PiedmonteBarbera

Barbera is one of the most famous Italian grape varietals. It’s VERY rare to see a sparkling version of it, never mind an organic one! Plus there is a TRUMPET on the label. This wine was sold to Joy by Eric Benny Bloom, the owner of the Denver based wine distributors “Benny & Zoid Selections”. He plays TRUMPET in the band “Lettuce”. It’s a match made in heaven.

Swick Wines “Greenwald”27.99Columbia ValleyTempranillo & Viogner

This amazing wine by Joe Swick is a co-ferment. That means that the different grape varietals fermented in the tank together. Many wines are blends which are when the different grape varietals are permitted separately in blended when bottling. This wine OVERDELIVERS and will taste like NOTHING you’ve had before.

Swick Wines “Only Zuul”32.99Oregon/Washington50% Gewurztraminer 50% Pinot Gris

Zuul has aromas of rose petals, blood orange and papaya and a medium-bodied palate with fresh acidity. Grape varieties were fermented separately, but vinified the same way: macerated on the skins for 60 days before being pressed and aged in a mix of neutral French oak and concrete eggs for ten months. This wine is always easily crushable on its own, but so good with intensely flavored dishes from South East Asia and beyond!

Swick Wines “Grenache noir”27.99Columbia Valley100% Grenache Noir

Most of the time someone has Grenache, it comes from the southern Rhone region of France. This version brought to you by Joe Swick is from Washington and is VERY different. It is full of berried fruits, pepper and it’s very light on the pallet. A true perfect wine for Thanksgiving so grab a couple of bottles and try to save them lol.

Les Chemins De L'Arkose "Oppidum"28.99AuvergneChardonnay

This is Chardonnay comes from the Auvergne region of France, right in the middle of the country. Not much wine from this region gets to America, so it brings us much joy to see it here! This wine is perfect with or without food, and everyone from your grandmother to your friend from college that normally drinks white claw will love this.

Les Chemins De L'Arkose - "Arkose"28.99AuvergneGamay

The Gamay grape is one of everyone’s favorite grapes. Normally it’s on the fruity/lighter side but here this version has a lot more grip and it’s a bit darker/heavier. I would say this wine goes perfect with food but it also can be drank at 1 AM by yourself watching Netflix.
