100% Grand Cru. Zero dosage, disgorged September 2021 The Shaman cuvee is made up of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay; and this cuvee is made without sulfur at bottling. The nose shows a light bios and barrel note with white cherry, plum, and white strawberries. The palate has great depth with spice, oak, cream and lovely pale red fruits.

From certified-organic estate vines, averaging 20+ years old and planted on chalky, sandy soils. The bunches are harvested by hand, destemmed and co-fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete tanks. "SP68" is the Strada Provinciale 68, the country road on which the Occhipinti winery and home vineyard lie.

Ross & Bee Maloof make this "Rosé-ish" with skin contact Pinot Gris, Riesling for acidity, and a little Schönburger for some playful fruitiness. It's got great structure- more than most rosé, and should be great with anything from Sushi to Pizza. It'll show even better with a tiny bit of air and served closer to cellar temp than fridge temp.

Aged 4-6 months in American white oak barrels, previously used in ageing Bourbon. Fruity, intense cooked Agave, apple, pear, vanilla and caramel, slightly smoky. White pepper comes in a subtle form. Allowed to breath it becomes creamy with hints of butter. Spices such as clove and sandalwoo Pale straw yellow color; luminous, with golden and slightly greenish tones. Medium bodied due to its lower alcoholic content.

Notable on the nose notes of grapefruit, lemon grass, sweet peas, and herbaceous undertones. Medium bodied with elegant mineral notes exhibiting the terroir of the appellation.

The Riecine Chianti Classico is made from 100% Sangiovese from different vineyard sites throughout Gaiole in Chianti. Mid ruby in the glass with aromas of cranberry and sour cherry interspersed with a strong mineral note. The palate is vibrant with fine, persistent tannins and energetic acidity. Lots of tension in this mineral and sour-fruited wine.

This wine has deep fruity aromas with red summer fruits, like black cherry, strawberries and raspberries. The colour is dark ruby and the wine shows good structure, acidity and medium body with a distinct earthiness. This red is called 'Neh! after a popular Piedmontese slang used to finish a sentence, similar to 'eh.
