The Barbera d'Asti Superiore "Alfiera" by Marchesi Alfieri will involve you with its intense and complex aroma of ripe cherry, wild berries and plum with notes of vanilla and cocoa. It is a wine that has great structure and elegance, takes its name from the company's historic vineyard.

A multi-vintage blend Rosato consisting of fruit from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 harvests. Negroamaro, hailing from Apulia in Southern Italy, is naturally high in grip & zip which makes it the perfect driver for a structured age worthy rose (a la Lopez de Heredia Tontodia Rosato or Valentini Cerasuolo).

The colour is pale straw/yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intensely aromatic with hints of peach and citrusy notes of lemon. The palate echoes the bouquet with concentrated minerality and delicate complexity. Delicate and concentrated, at the same time, the Pojer e Sandri Muller Thurgau is a stunning example of what is possible with the Muller Thurgau grape.

A refreshing and aromatic blend of Alsatian white varietals grown in Oregon, our Jezebel Blanc has a floral nose with tropical fruit and white peach flavors. It is co-fermented in a stainless steel tank, with daily lees manipulation during its cool fermentation to build mid-palate weight and texture. It is fruitful with a crisp finish.

100% Cayuga made for the distillery by Liten Buffel in western New York. Three separate infusions are made with rare white génépi flowers from a single grower in the Savoie alpine region of France before all is blended together. The wine base, separate infusions, and deft blending make for a liqueur that is less harsh, less bitter, more approachable and easily enjoyed on ice. A great stand-in for Yellow Chartreuse!

The latest rendition of Rodez's NV Ambonnay Cuvée des Crayeres wafts from the glass with an attractive bouquet of red apples, mint, anise and spices. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and ample, with brisk acids and a youthfully frothy mousse. Open-knit but nicely defined, it's a charming, expressive wine.
