Counoise, originating in France's Rhône valley, is known for amping up spice and acidity in blends - characteristics that take center stage in this bottle. Like the rolling hills of the Mediterranean, the climate of Windmill Vineyard is warm so the fruit ripens fast, allowing it to be harvested ripe at low sugar levels with balanced acidity, keeping the alcohol low and the texture soft and light. Very food friendly.

The Dezat winemaking philosophy is to produce wines that both reflect the region’s terroir as well as respect the land. Notes of citrus and stonefruit highlighting grapefruit and mirabelle plum. These persistent aroma sare enhanced by the acidity of the wineand balancedby the the round richnesson the palate.
Vegan

Nice freshness on the palate with plums and berries and citrusy acidity. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins and a powdery texture. Hints of mushrooms. You can enjoy this young, but it will age nicely, too. Drink or hold.

Notes of elderberry syrup and raspberry preserves abound in this lush, softly tannic blend of Grenache (80%), Syrah (15%) and Counoise (5%). It's a primary, fruity red best enjoyed young, but the finish lingers on subtle earth and moss.

This is a wine made from two different vineyards of Gamay. One is planted on pure limestone and the other on pure basaltic (volcanic) soil. The whole bunches were fermented for 10 days using the carbonic maceration approach. The resultant wine was aged for 9 months in fiber glass tanks. This is a very fruity, smashable wine that is drinking very nicely now but will age.

Spice awakens immediately leading with sharp black pepper and cinnamon stick, rounding out with notes of dried dill and baked apple. Allspice and peppercorn introduce a loyal and dry finish which ignites with pine, anise, and bright lemon zest.

Smooth, well rounded mingling of sweet oatmeal raisin cookie and milk chocolate leading into caramel corn and evolving spice. Charred oak leads with a clean peripheral spice finish.

Aromas of creamy butterscotch with a hint of toffee apple, candied orange, vanilla custard and newly felled oak. Deliciously honeyed, wood spices and citrus, balanced with raisins and caramel. Warm, sweet oak lingers on the finish.

This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Natural color and bottled at 43%, The GlenDronach 12 year old is a sweet, creamy dram. Warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouth feel, raisins and soft fruits. Spicy with medium length and a dry finish.

Considered one of the finest producers in Beaujolais, Clos de la Roilette has 9 hectares in Fleurie, with one of the top slopes in all of the ten Beaujolais crus. From vines averaging 30 to 45 years old, this wine has great depth of flavor—loaded with cherry and violet notes. A hearty Beaujolais that's built for red meat and poultry...an incredible value for this quality!

Ripe stone fruit aromas. Dry and full bodied with a pleasing balance of roundness and minerality. Gentle wooden notes add complexity and richness to the palate. Excellent with full-flavored cheeses, roasted fish, or creamy chicken dishes.

This mineral-dominated Malbec is dry, packed with tannins as well as black currants and wild berries. It is on the rustic side even if the tannins are quite soft, finishing with intense acidity.
