Project FUSO21: regional, terroir-driven, daily drinkers, from farmers we know here in Italy -from their vineyards to your table. These are the wines you'll find in a good trattoria when traveling in Italia made from the native varieties that the locals drink. FUSO21 wines are vinified in cement or steel, lightly or not filtered, molto glu-glu, and molto delicious.

Noblaie's rosé is produced from younger Cabernet Franc vines, which are planted in the deeper soils at the base of the hillside vineyard. It has a clear and smooth pink color, deep, rich aromas of watermelon and cranberry and loads of lovely fresh red fruits on the palate. This is a beautiful expression of Loire Valley Cab Franc Rose!

All of our wines are made naturally, meaning no use of inoculated yeasts or bacteria. We use only native yeast to spark fermentation. We do not add any powdered tannins or enzymes. A minimal dose of S02 is added 4 weeks before bottling to some wines. Pineapple, Acacia, Flint. Shell Creek Vineyard has sandy top soil and calcareous fossilized sea shells underneath.

The wine has a beautiful Old World minerality to it that is nearly impossible to describe in words, and even though it has undergone 100% malolactic fermentation there is no hint of butter. Finally, whilst it has been aged for a considerable amount of time in new French Oak Barrels, the oak is complimentary but not overpowering. This is rich yet retains great balance.

A zesty Lemon Grass, Pineapple with a hint of Jasmine. A firm line of minerals with brisk acidity give way to Gooseberry and fresh Herbs. Displays a very clean and precisely balanced finish.

Crushed raspberries, flowers and spices lift from the glass in an attractive, mid-weight Cabernet to drink now and over the next handful of years. The 2012 is forward, ripe and juicy, but also very nicely balanced.

This eye-opening wine has a really tangy, herbal aroma. Vivid and bright citrus like lemon and grapefruit are shaped lightly by a crisp yet smooth texture and subtle hints of vanilla and almond. it's difficult to imagine a more vibrant example.

Grown on the upper west side of the biodynamic farm in Colorado, this rose is supple but fresh with strawberry and tart raspberry notes. Very vibrant and delicious!

Developed by “bleeding” off the grape juice from the vat, this fruity and elegant rosé wine with red fruit aroma (cherry, raspberry, strawberry) is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grape varieties.

Breathe deep into the glass and this wine awards you a beautiful sensorial experience that brings you immediately to varietal tones of pressed cherry, dried blackberry, spice and tobacco. The most compelling notes however are those polished mineral tones of crushed granite and pencil shaving that add sharpness and focus. This is not a timid Brunello.

It is stylistically close to Pouilly-Fuissé, with its golden hue, its greenish reflection and its refreshing taste. The aromas are reminiscent of the ripe Chardonnay grape, with subtle notes of musk. A pleasant roundness coats the palate.

From two mature vineyards in La Roche Vineuse, this is a classic Chardonnay with nose of citrus fruits and lemon zest. The weighty, textured mid-palate boasts flavors of grilled nuts and stone fruit, while a long line of vibrant acidity enlivens the finish.
