In 2013, Philippe planted vines in the Reuilly appellation at the eastern end of the Loire Valley. This Sauvignon Blanc shows lovely aromas of peach, apricot, and lemon zest and is dense and creamy with firm acidity on the palate. The peach and stone fruit flavors accent notes of green tea in this ripe, fresh, and well-balanced wine.

A Quo is intended to be an affordable expression of the estate’s unique aesthetic. Blended from all the estate’s fruit, and raised in neutral wood, it’s also a shocking bargain. The 2022 nose is dominated by dark red fruits, herbal notes, intermixed with spicy aromas and mineral notes. On the palate there is a nice tension. The texture is mineral combined again with hints of black fruits and aromatic woods.
