Trousseau Gris is one of the greatest wine grapes you’ve probably never heard of. At first glance in your glass, it might be hard to identify this wine as either white or rose, and it truly does toe the line between the two. Aromatic notes of citrus, green tea, and stone fruit lead to a richly textured palate with flavors of orange zest, wildflowers, and gentle tea-like tannins

Walter Scott Wines is best known for producing elegant, single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Eola-Amity Hills, and truly representing the terroir from each site. Their blends bring together fruit from multiple sites that complement and highlight each other.

100% Pinot Noir. Clay soils. First sorting in the vineyard pre-harvest followed by a second sort in the winery. Maceration length varies based on the vintage. 30% of the wine undergoes oak barrel maturation and the rest is aged in stainless steel.

Smells of red grapes and wine, dark fruit, prunes, raisins, caramel and quite a bit of oak. Sour and very rich in flavor, with notes of unripe grapes, red currant, gooseberries and a very feint but perfectly integrated caramel background. Very nice.

Dominated with juicy and dank pineapple rind, some pepper spiciness, and ends with some mango sweetness with a pine bite. There's a slight hint biscuity malt but is very faint, it's all hops from start to finish. There's a very small amount of alcohol poking through.

Not a huge aroma but an enjoyable aroma of some bready malts paired with some citric hops. Flavor was much of the same offering a nice bready malt base paired with some nice sweet citrus and a just slightly grassy bitter finish. A fuller mouthfeel, some activity, slightly creamy.

Melon, peach and lime come to mind while drinking this beer. Spicy phenols are blended well with the fruity overtones. The bread dough like grain flavor helps to keep the yeast in check. Medium/thin body with a nice effervescence. Dry finish.

Its a lot too handle, very alcohol forward taste, almost like you're drinking a glass of brandi. Goes great with a dessert, flan or ice cream, because it also has a hint of sweetness and cutting it with something mellows out the alcohol potency. Brewed in 2012.

Dark brown color with huge, billowing, sticky, lacing head. Aroma of citrus, detergent, fresh grass and flowers. Spicy, pine and citrus hops up front. Mild dark malt quality hints at wheat toast. Mellow yeast. Exceptionally well balanced. Medium body. High carbonation. Dry finish. Awesome stuff.

Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate called the wine “gives up classic notes of spring flowers, sappy underbrush and darker berry fruit in its medium-bodied, fresh and elegant profile, delicious.” A total of 500 cases produced

Made of 100% whole clusters in the classic Gigondas-style and raised in a concrete egg from nearly 80-year-old vines grown on sandy soils, this wine is oozing with red and purple fruits, lavender, white pepper and a touch of smokiness. Tight tannins, plump juiciness and a near perfect acidity on the finish.

This small production Chardonnay is one of our best values. Rich unoaked Central Coast fruit that offers a great deal of complexity with a clean profile. They don't use oak or malolactic fermentation so the Honeysuckle and White Peach and Tropical flavors leap from the glass. While the wine is resting on the lees they stir it which gives a wonderfully rich mouth feel.
