This skin-contact Chardonnay has a silky texture of my favorite Italian dessert, but it is not sweet, Panna Cotta. Left on the skins for an average of two weeks the wine is savory and complex, this is an orange wine that everyone can love.

EVERYONE loves wines made from Barbera, ESPECIALLY if it's from the Piemonte region of Italy. However, this wine was aged in steel, NOT oak which makes it very bright but still has that beautiful ruby color and dark fruits. It is also rare to find a Barbera this affordable so DON'T SLEEP ON THIS WINE!

Classic white Burgundy from the organic and biodynamically farmed family domaine, Genot-Boulanger. Ripe citrus and orchard fruit marry with florality, nuts, and cream on the nose and flow to a brisk palate defined by mineral tension to support the citrus and apple and a rounded mouthfeel to give the wine substantial length.

100% Blue Weber Highlands Agave. Notes of rich warm oak, vanilla and roasted agave with a lightly sweet and complex finish.

The master distiller carefully draws whisky matured in the historic way in Oloroso sherry butts, Pedro Ximinez seasoned hogshead and first fill bourbon casks. Final maturation is in New American oak, a rarity in Scotch. The final addition is Laphroaig 10yr. Smoky peat, spicy oak and a surprising sweetness, Laphroaig Select is a fantastic introduction to peated whisky.

Sour mash, distilled in a copper pot still, aged in American White Oak deep char barrels and finished with toasted Aspen Staves. Fresh baked breads, cinnamon, allspice, lots of pine and tree sap, maple, and oak come through on the palate. This is a medium length finish that has lots of pine, maple, cinnamon, and oak tannins.

Aromas of dark chocolate with spices and a hint of smoke. Rich baking spices and honey backed up with smooth oak influence fill the palate leading to a long and lingering finish.

This single malt whisky gains its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting whisky. Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavors ~ nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Long and warming finish.

Hailing from Val do Salnés, this Albariño is a truly mineral driven white wine. Passion fruit and grapefruit turn to caramelized pineapple, lemon sorbet and nectarine. The finish finds subtle notes of white flowers and peach. Its bright acidity, and salinity of the nearby Galician coast, this wine is made for your journey into perfect Galician seafood dishes. One of Sauternes original estates, Château de Carmes de Rieussec occupies prime territory in the heart of Bordeaux. 2019 was one of the warmest vintages in recent memory, yet the Sémillon still developed botrytis yielding an ultra-aromatic and age-worthy wine. Full nose with notes of jammy white fruit that evolves to bitter orange. The initially delicate, followed by a gradual rise in intensity with notes of fresh pineapple.
