This bright and beautiful Cotes-du-Rhone sees no wood and balances juicy Cinsault with savory Grenache and Syrah.

Whole cluster fermentation and aging in Burgundy barrels adds multiple layers of complexity to this bright and mineral red. Tart cherry and cranberry flavors share space with subtle notes of saffron & curry leaf.

From the esteemed village of Bué, François Crochet belongs to the new school of Sancerrois vignerons. Farming is certified organic, and practicing biodynamic, only perfectly ripe (never overripe!) fruit is harvested, and only native yeasts are used during fermentation. The resulting wines are concentrated, elegant, and terroir-driven, speaking to their limestone-rich soils.

Eric Chevalier is a rising star in the Loire Valley, making wines with great elegance. The first glass is perfect with oysters—it is streamlined, saline, and full of lemon. Shortly after, the granite terroir kicks in, the wine becomes more full bodied, and chamomile and apricot notes lead to a rich finish.

For the last 200 years, the Pliger family has been making wine of exceptional quality in Northern Italy. This Gruner Veltliner is incredibly complex and a great example of a wine with great age ability. Notes of peach, melon and herbs, this wine is highly aromatic and silky on the palate.
