In the Loire Valley, Catherine Champalou is the twelfth generation winemaker in the Champalou family. Farming only Chenin Blanc, you will find her expertise in this bottle. The ‘Le Portail’ is Chenin Blanc from a parcel of terroir that is highly chalky, sitting right above the cellars of Champalou. Racy, classy, and complex, this Chenin Blanc is second to none.

In 2015, Christophe planted three hectares of vines near Borgo, on the east coast of Corsica - not far from Patrimonio on a map, but a tortuously long drive over the mountains to completely different ecosystems. Farmed organically, and vinified with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. Despite their incredible pedigree, these wines are a great value.

The Vin de France Gamay is a blend of declassified grapes from the domaine's Beaujolais and Brouilly vineyards that don't quite match the quality for their eponymous cuvées, as well as some free run juice from the carbonic maceration of other cuvées. Done entirely sans soufre, this natty juice speaks for itself!

From a mix of parcels on heavy, deep loam, vine age on average 20 years. 50% whole cluster, 50% destemmed. 7 days’ ferment on the skins, pressed off into stainless steel tank. 20ppm SO2 added in January. If you were to blindly smell this wine, you might guess Sauvignon Blanc. It has all this tropical gooseberry, passionfruit, and fresh cut grass. It’s like an island vacation with ripe papaya, peach, and mandarin orange.

Pale pink color. Sophisticated and elegant aromas, reminiscent of sour strawberry, watermelon with citrus notes. Delicate, soft, fresh palate that combines perfectly with salads and seafood

Pale lemon with green tints. Elegant bouquet with hints of apple and floral notes. The palate is medium bodied with citrus, Galia melon and apricot flavors, backed by good acidity and the classic Gavi taste of almond oil.

Winemaker Curt Schalchlin seeks to bring his Rhône experience to a new set of wines that embrace soul and simple living. Fermented in steel tanks with native yeast, unfiltered and finished with minimal SO2, this wine is a pure expression of place and grape - showing lychee, lemon-lime citrus, soft apple, sweet grass, and sea breeze with enough complexity to cellar 3-4 years.

Schioppettino (aka 'Ribolla Nera') means 'gunshot' or 'little crack', and the once-forgotten grape is experiencing a resurgence that lives up to its name. The grapes selected for 'S. Elena' are grown in a mixture of sand and clay, setting the character of this northern Italian red apart. Schioppettino also tastes like its name: smooth red fruit accented with tongue-crackling white pepper and acidity.

A mix of free run and press barrels. 30% whole cluster and maceration times ranged from 15-30 days. Aged in 228 liter used French oak barrels for 10 months. On the nose there are subtle earthy notes, licorice, and tobacco. Followed by cranberry, cherry, and cinnamon on the palate. Small amount of sulfur added at bottling.

During this short trip across the Sta. Rita at dawn, the Pinot Noir is gently pressed by its own weight, rendering the first taste of the vintage—and the basis for our exceptionally limited rosé.

The clean, crisp taste of our Blanco tequila celebrates the fresh flavor of the noble Blue Weber Agave. Enticing aromas set the palate for flavors of honey, buttery-sweet cooked agave and a hint of citrus. Triple distilled for a well-balanced and smoother-than-glass finish, this Blanco is in a class by itself.
