From a 0.4-hectare, north-facing plot planted in 1950 on clay-limestone marl over hard limestone in the Sauvignon de St. Bris AOC, an anomaly as an all-Sauvignon appellation in the Chablis region. Aged on its lees without bâtonnage in 1/3 amphora, 1/3 old demi-muid and 1/3 old barrique. No sulfur is used.

From a small holding (0.29 hectares, vines planted in 1950) that yields a wine that is generous and silky with more citrus notes than the cuvées from the southern edge of Chassagne. A barrel, or 300 bottles, is allocated for our use in the USA. Soil becoming more complex with clay and limestone erosion from above. Pale lemon with an attractive bouquet, rather more floral, a little more delicacy here without sacrificing anything. More saline finish.

A very fresh nose of raspberries, cranberries and sweet cherries lead to a concentrated palate of red fruits so dense they are almost dark, with a hint of spice, clove, and gardening soil. With air, the wine expands into more sassafras and sweet berry tones, but ultimately shows Pinot Noir's great detail, focus and energy.

A splashy ripe tangle of black and red cherries, sweet plums and blackberries make for an immediately approachable style of Cabernet, with deep layers of fruit, a gentle touch of oak and a subtle note of Cabernet’s classic green-leaf scent that makes the fruit pop out and shine.

Medium-bodied, fresh, and classic, showing notes of sweet red berry fruits, cranberries, blood oranges, tea leaf and plum. A brisk dry Pinot Noir with a great balance between fruit and complexity!

Clear, deep, elegant and chalky on the still-reductive nose, if not slightly animally, with caramel, burnt chalk and ripe fruit aromas. Pure and straight as well as firm and fresh on the palate, this is a tight, salty, enormously vital and sustainable Saumagen with elegance, finesse and tension on the finish. Very promising and carried by remarkably vital mineral acidity.

Nearly lost to the forgotten realm of ancient ovum, Emilio Bulfon recovered cultivation and production for one of Friulia's most quaffable native red grapes. Forgiarìn makes a wine that is at the same time complex and simply satisfying. Tannic, dry, and with warm berry and herbal undertones, this wine needs a little time to be coaxed out of its shell, but is worth the wait!

Excellent everyday wine - This light-bodied Spanish red comes from organic, 50 year old vineyards. Bright and juicy, with notes of plum, cinnamon stick, black cherry and red currant counter-balanced with rich, ripe blackberry, raspberry and cherry fruit with soft supple tannins.
