The barrels used to go into bottling ‘infinite oak’ are never emptied. This infinity barrel bourbon is continuously growing older (using a system similar to Solera), while having young, soft, fruit-forward bourbon added to these barrels, infinite oak uses a variety of mash bills and styles to create a full round palette. Finished in single malt casks.

Master mezcaleros in the hills east of Volcano Popocatépetl have been using bull hides as fermentation vessels for centuries. Made by Maestro Mazcalero, Abdias De La Luz Rodriguez, this Mezcal is made by using bull hides, a tree trunk still neck and hand-made wooden mallets. Aromas of leather, lemon honey and rain water. Barley, apple and sweet cream on the palate.
