The Sanford Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is always a blend from both of our estate vineyards: the historic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard (44%) and La Rinconada (56%). Rich and beautifully focused from top to bottom. Deep, and vibrant red fruits and baking spices aromas inform the palate which is supple, serious, and wonderfully fresh. Very charming!

Loads of kirsch and cedar intermixed with a touch of brown sugar in the nose, rich, full-bodied flavors, a burgeoning complexity and big aromatics.

Eger is known for its baroque history, including the wine. This juice is cultivated on biodynamically land and vinified by historical methods, including 100 days' skin contact and aging blended vintages in a Solera sytem for years without manipulation. Juicy apricot and saline notes abound over fine tannins that finish on a lingering hint of honey sweetness.

The young, unoaked and fruit-driven red 2023 was produced with a majority of Tempranillo with from their own vineyards, and it fermented and matured in stainless steel. It has notes of ripe fresh fruit and a smoky/leesy twist, and it comes in at 14.5% alcohol, with integrated acidity, a juicy mouthfeel, very fine tannins and a fruit-driven finish with an herbal twist.

The marl soil and harsh winters of the mountainous Štajerska provide ideal conditions for cold-hardy Riesling. Spending 214 days on the grape skins in clay amphora softens the juice's typically steely acidity into the background, allowing the complex flavors of fermentation to take the fore: bruised orchard fruit, nutty depth and dry honeyed warmth with a saline finish evoke essences of wine's ancient days.

Well-marked by new oak, offering cherry, plum, nutmeg and spice aromas and flavors, this red is concentrated and vibrant. Delivers dense and interwoven tannins, with a lingering aftertaste echoing cherry, mineral and spice. Best from 2025 through 2040.

The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Castello di Brolio Roncicone reflects soils that are rich in shells and marine fossils. These conditions deliver sharpness and focus with beautiful minerality, both salty and chalky. To the eye, this textbook Sangiovese is lean and elegant. The bouquet is finessed and layered with wild cherry, mint, blue flower and blood orange.

The Nebbiolo comes from tDardi section of the famous Bussia cru in Monforte d’Alba. Never showy, but full of charm, the Rosso dei Dardi delivers all the classic black fruit you’d expect from Piedmont, including that fragrant, perfumed note of peony so quintessential to Italian reds - an instant and versatile dinner table classic you'll want to return to time and again.

Ancient Vines Mourvèdre offers distinct chocolate characteristics, luscious deep plum, and concentrated cherry. This scrumptious and unusually delightful wine has a substantial mouth-feel followed by structured and balanced tannins.

This is the world’s first single barrel Canadian whiskey. The nose greets with sweet smells of caramel, marshmallow, corn, and light oak. Light vanilla and caramel dominate with the faintest hint of grain in the background. The finish is on the short side, with vanilla, oak, and a hint of melted marshmallow pulling through. - Breaking Bourbon
