This unique spirit (cactus liquor) is distilled from native prickly pear cactus. Using a process similar to mezcal, our cactus is smoked over a wood fire to create an earthy, smoky, and complex spirit. It pairs wonderfully with citrus, seafood, and strong, spicy foods. ~41% ABV.

Cave de Bissey is a group of growers established since 1928 in Bissey sous Cruchaud. This small village is located in the Côte Chalonnaise between the Maconnais region and the Côte de Beaune. 'Guapasa' is a Basque word that means to stay out all night, and these wines are the life of the party! Hand-harvested grapes are pressed directly into the tank where they ferments for a week with native yeast and before the juice is bottled fresh. The resulting juice is medium-bodied and zippy with bright orchard fruit and citrus notes and a refreshing finish.

Vibrant and structured red blend coming from old vines in the Ribeira Sacra DO of Northern Spain. Predominately Mencia, it has ripe black cherry, cranberry and rosemary stems on the nose, the palate is medium bodied with silky tannins and an herbal finish. Enjoy with grilled meats and savory sauces.

Caves Jean Bourdy is among the oldest of domaines in Jura, with a 500 year history of production; this juice is all about tradition. They make wine the way it was made centuries ago, using old barrels (aged up to 80 years) and non-ouillé practice for aging. It dazzles with contradiction: bright and oxidative, creamy and chalky, finishing with a nutty anchor of umami.

Le Castets is one of the smallest Premier Cru in Saint-Aubin, known for its steep sloping aspect and pure, mineral-driven wines. This vineyard, set on the western border of Saint-Aubin is prized for its focused and concentrated notes of white peach and golden apples, all counter-balanced by a zippy minerality.

Our 2021 Kali Hart Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward expression of our coastal-influenced vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands, California. Aromas of dark plum, Bing cherry, allspice, and toasted vanilla. Palate shows layers of strawberry-rhubarb, blackberry with a hint of dried herbs and silky tannins. The finish is long and luscious with a touch of minerality.
