Haand Bryggeriet Bestefar9.99Drammen, NorwayWinter Warmer

Sour springs forth as it touches the tongue, that reminds one of a balsamic vinegar. The sourness floats atop a richly sweet malt, which contains dark fruits - plum and black cherry. Through the middle, tones of fireplace ashes and leaves appear and disappear. The finish leaves a touch of the balsamic vinegar, mingled with an almost soda-like sweetness and a trace of burnt wood

Prairie Funky Gold Simecoe12.49Tulsa, OKAmerican Wild Ale

Aroma of grape and orange. Goes down clean and crisp with just a hint of funk. There are also plenty of light fruits followed by a quick hop bite. Not that "wild" but damn good anyway, and the more I drink it the more I seem to like it.

Dry Dock Double Apricot Blonde12.99Aurora, COApricot Ale

Woof! First thing you notice is the effect of the whiskey barrel aging. You get the alcohol front and center, with the flavor of toasted oak and the whiskey, which is incredibly smooth. Then you get the apricot dry dock is known for, which is definitely on the sweet, sugary side of things. No notable hop presence, and any malting fights the barrel aging for palate control.

Pinon Silex Noir Vouvray23.99Loire ValleyChenin Blanc

Superbly balanced at 12.1% alcohol and 15 grams of RS with very firm acidity. Lovely citrus, dried pear, licorice and floral aromas with full-bodied palate of minerals, white fruits and citrus, finishing with good acidity. Though quite delicious now, this is a very young wine that will benefit from decanting or aging, perhaps best 2025 to 2035.

Infinite Monkey Blind Watchmaker25.99California & Colorado Grapes

A crowd pleaser in so many ways. Full bodied with big rounded tannins combined with plenty of fruity notes, this wine is both a 'stand-alone' or 'pair with anything' rockstar. The nose offers a lot of crushed berries, with undertones of green tea. Definitely an anytime blend for any occasion.

Château du Mayne19.99Graves, Bordeaux75% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon

Carlin de Paolo Rosso15.99Piedmonte60% Barbera, 40% Dolcetto

This wine is great. Supple yet vibrant and fresh. The perfect dish for simple Italian cuisine.

Santa Carolina Carmenere20.99Valle Del Raphel

"Juicy and rich, with finely sculpted flavors of dark currant, red plum and boysenberry, backed by medium-weight tannins. Chocolate and spice fill the plush finish, which features accents of dried green herb. Drink now through 2020."

2014 Charly Thevenet Grain & Granite39.99Regnie, Beaujolais100% Gamay

80 years, Aged in concrete tank & old Burgundian oak barrels. The vineyard’s altitude & shallow, rocky soils allow for a bright, pure, mineral-driven expression of grand cru Gamay, with the wine’s supple fruit grounded by suggestions of spice and granite. This new-wave Beaujolais delivers everything you’d expect from a combination of old vines, esteemed terroir, & young talent.

Coudert Père et Fils, Clos de la Roilette "Cuvée Tardive"60.99FleurieGamay

Named for the wine's cellar potential, not its harvest date, the 'Cuvée Tardive' is grown from Alain Coudert's oldest vines, 90 year-old Gamay grown on Fleurie's classic granite soils. Semi-carbonic, all-natural fermentation. Aged in large, neutral foudres. This is the estate's top wine

Sandeman Tawny Port14.49Porto

Clear red amber colours with a light intense body, open up to aromas of vanilla and evolved dried fruits. The elegant harmony and fresh flavour of red fruits unfold in the mouth and combines with the complexity of wood ageing and a good finish evoking raisins and tender hazelnuts flavour. Once open Sandeman Tawny can remain fresh for up to 4 - 8 weeks.

Marie Antoinette Pouilly Fuisse Vincent34.99Pouilly FuisseChardonnay

Only 25% of the total blend seeing any time in oak. Pale yellow color with hints of green. You get on the nose a touch of oak, lots of finesse and minerality with white flowers, lemon and apple scents. On the mouth, the wine is fresh, round and fruity with aromas of melon, kiwi, peaches and apricot and a nice minerality.

Domaine Lignier-Michelot84.99Chambolle-Musigny-Cote de Nuits, France100% Pinot Noir

"It has a refined, mineral driven bouquet that opens beautifully with little encouragement. The palate is silky smooth on the entry, very harmonious with dark cherries, blackcurrant and a touch of bergamot. The 50-60% whole cluster adds a little freshness on the finish. This is very classy." - Parker

2014 Samsara Pinot Noir39.99Santa Rita HillsPinot Noir

Hand-harvested from the Melville, Las Hermanas, and Lafond Vineyards
Aromas of smoky raspberry and red currant accented by allspice, anise, and mocha. Sharp red fruit flavors with cherry and a touch of candied rose. Dusty tannins add shape to the long, spiced finish.

TRVE Buried Sun6.99Denver, COAmerican Wild Ale

Cloudy, apricot-yellow body; thin, fizzy head that quickly fades completely away. Citrus and green apple aroma; wild yeast funk. Lemon and wine flavor; tart and mildly sour overall; some powdery yeast notes. Medium body; mouth-puckering tartness; finishes with a dry edge.

TRVE Fight Fire with Fire9.99Denver, COAdjunct Lager w/ Mixed Culture

An american light lager base fermented with their house mixed culture. It wasn’t always the case that corn and rice were used to bring down the cost of making beer. Historically, these adjunct ingredients were used because the American brewers using them actually appreciated and enjoyed the character they contributed to beer.

Ecliptic Zenith5.49Portland, ORGose w/Grapefruit

A tart bubbly blast of deliciousness that should be a must try for anyone new to gose or a veteran of the style. Grapefruit puckers the pallet and lends a refreshing drinkablity while the salt keeps the beer from being to thin and watery.

Orval5.99Villers-devant-Orval, BelgiumBelgian Pale Ale (sour)

Earthy, spicy and funky with some definite green apple skin, dry white wine notes, rustic aspects as well. A very slight acidity comes across on the tongue, too, perhaps a result of the long bottle conditioning. White pepper, tart and doughy yeast and an almost "Saison-like" dryness finish out each sip.

Boulevard Saison-Brett12.99Kansas City, MOSaison

Saison-Brett, based on our very popular Tank 7, is assertively dry hopped, then bottle conditioned with various yeasts, including Brettanomyces, a wild strain that imparts a distinctive earthy quality. Though this farmhouse ale was given three months of bottle age prior to release, further cellaring will continue to enhance the “Brett” character, if that's what you're after.

Port Hop-157.99San Diego, CADouble IPA

Bold citrus nose, bright and floral. Smooth malty base taste that rolls into a spicy peppery hop bite. Punchy and powerful. Resins. Lemon rind citrus beneath the complex bitter layers. Really good.

Breakside India Golden Ale6.99Portland, ORDouble IPA

8.1% ABV, what? That's not noticeable at all. It doesn't feel significantly hoppier than some of their single IPA selections, but it's still nice. There's a small amount of bready Pilsner malt present- it helps hold it all together. There's lot of classic grapefruit hops, a bit of orange, lots of bitter pine.

Southern Tier Pumking7.99Lakewood, New YorkPumpkin Ale

Like pumpkin pie in a bottle. Pours a semi-opaque orange with a light head. Strong spice smell of nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Faint smell of pumpkin. The pumpkin flavor increases on the taste with the various spices adding to it nicely. A fantastic example of this style of beer.

De Dolle Dulle Teve5.99Esen, BelgiumTripel

Pours a light gold, hazy, with a very big head that leaves lacing. Nose is boozy dough and fruity esters, maybe a little peppery hops. Taste is...damn strong. A tripel turned up to 11. Phenols, black pepper, alcohol. What it lacks in drinkability, it gains it "punch your face." Very high carbonation. Overall, a very interesting beer.

Green's Endeavour Dubbel Dark Ale5.99West Yorkshire, EnglandGluten Free Dubbel

Sweet, particularly up front, but remaining so even into the finish -- brown sugar with a bit of toffee and fruit (hints of cherries). Not so sweet, however, as to earn demerits. It does lack some of the toasted malt flavor normally expected. Raisins and other dark fruits linger into the finish which is quite fine.
