Valdadige is one of the few DOCs in Europe to overlap two larger wine regions, Trentino-Alto Adige and the Veneto. 100% Teroldago, a relative of Lagrein and a cousin of Syrah. Aged 6 months in tonneaux. Color is a brilliant ruby wine. Taste is intense and fruity with red and blackberries sweetness notes. Fresh and velvet fruitiness.

Rosé de saignée, with a lively raspberry colour, this rosé is a concentrate of red fruits, raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant, enhanced by notes of sweet spices. Bold on the palate with good acidity. It is a brilliant rosé, all in delicacy well balanced whose aromatic sharpness is appreciated. A great pleasure.

This wine comes from the first vines planted in the 1970s by my father Roger Marès.

A powerful nose in which scents of oriental spices, cocoa, cherries and Cuban cigar blend elegantly. The original blend of this wine, with both the finesse and roundness of Syrah, reinforced by the structure of Cabernet-Sauvignon, makes it a great wine.

Beautiful, intense ruby color, with a hint of garnet. Elegant bouquet with red cherry with a touch of sweet vanilla and cocoa. Great freshness and succulence on the palate, with a lovely tannic grip and a long red fruit and spice finish. Ready now and deserves extended cellaring.

Enjoy the finer results of a little bottle age. Matured Syrah shows slightly smokey with blueberry and cherry aromas, along with notes of cracked pepper and olives. Well-balanced with a long finish. Medium tannins.

This bottling comes from vines averaging 30 to 45 years old. The fruit is hand harvested and fermented in whole clusters with native yeasts, kicking off Roilette’s version of traditional Beaujolais semi-carbonic vinification. The nose is beaming with berry and spices, while the palate has serious concentration thanks to the clay soils that define this property.

Try this rare bottling from Natural Wine icons! The de Moors rent and organically farm a small parcel of Aligoté planted in 1902 in Saint Bris. The fruit is harvested by hand, destemmed, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine goes through malo and is aged on its lees without bâtonnage or racking in old Burgundy barrels.

The vines are planted on ponca, a compressed, flaky clay of marl and sandstone that is typical in this part of Friuli. They grow on a south-facing slope right by the winery; average around 30 years old and are farmed organically and harvested by hand like all Radikon vineyards. "RS" is short for "Rosso Sasa", named for its creator, Sasa Radikon.

Fusco is fermented in stainless steel without any type of oak treatment. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeast. The wine is not fined or filtered. Fusco is a Galician word for night or darkness, but this wine is the exact opposite. It is bright and fresh.

A coferment of 2022 certified organic honeycrisp and gala apples grown at SunKrisp Orchard and 2022 certified biodynamic press-cake of red and white wine grapes grown at Jack Rabbit Hill Farm. Whole-fruit fermented on native yeasts only (no inoculation with “wild” or packaged yeast). Whole-fruit ferments & Macerated yarrow serves as a natural preservative.

Bright and lifted red fruit with aromas of raspberries, crushed strawberries and forest floor. The palate is light-bodied with bright acidity and a slight spritz, displaying notes of red currants, cassia bark and sarsaparilla.

Not to be confused with Albariño, Albarín is a beautiful white variety native to León in central Spain. Textural and layered, this white offers an abundance of orchard fruit like Anjou pear, Fuji apple, white flowers like honeysuckle and gardenia. Autumnal, this is the perfect white for seasonal stews, rice dishes and poultry.

High altitude Pinot with precise Colorado attitude! Interwoven with cranberry, strawberry and darker berry undertones, with a tart, savory edge of black tea and forest floor. The oak is both prominent and spiced, adding hints of toffee and more richness.
