Try this rare bottling from Natural Wine icons! The de Moors rent and organically farm a small parcel of Aligoté planted in 1902 in Saint Bris. The fruit is harvested by hand, destemmed, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine goes through malo and is aged on its lees without bâtonnage or racking in old Burgundy barrels.

Radikon, the polemic producer of Oslavia, an Italian town in Friuli on the border of Slovenia, submits his wines to an extended maceration and ages them in large oak barrels before release. The vines are planted on ponca, a compressed, flaky clay of marl and sandstone that is typical in this part of Friuli. "RS" is short for "Rosso Sasa", named for its creator, Sasa Radikon.
