This is the top tier wine from this historic and iconic estate in northern Piemonte directly below the Swiss alps. Made from the traditional blend of Nebbiolo and the local Vespolina and aged in large wooden casks for 3-4 years. With a structure like the best Barolos this wine can age for decades, but it also has a level of refinement that makes it welcome at any table now.

Caramel balanced with spicy wood tannins. Notes of baking chocolate, cigar leaf, nougat and cinnamon. Long and smooth finish. The cinnamon lingers with dark chocolate, oak tannins and maple syrup.

After it's fully matured, we finish this Bourbon in a second, custom toasted new oak barrel, where it’s left to develop even more sweet oak flavor. Aromas and flavors of pekoe tea, new leather, cinnamon, cedar, and jasmine. Warm and comforting notes of peach preserves and brown sugar erupt with a chipotle spice. Deeply layered and profound.

To sip Barrel Proof is to experience Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. The nose will knock you off your feet. Lots of rye, barrel, heath bar and leather. The palate is ridiculously viscous, with cinnamon candies, rye, barrel, roasted vanilla bean and chocolate.

Caramel, vanilla, and toffee are amplified with flavors of grilled peach, raisin and apple, while traces of coffee and dark chocolate interplay with light, sweet dill and mint, fusing with lingering cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg on the end.

Sensei Whiskey is a blended Japanese Whiskey that showcases sweet notes of oak and slight caramel flavors, which are followed by light spice throughout the palate. The finish is long and smooth.

Hand-crafted with select lots from Oakville district, then balanced the blend with Yountville, Oak Knoll and Calistoga. Each small-lot was vinified and aged separately in 100% French Oak for 15 months. Pairs with rich dishes such as grilled lamb chops or tender roasted duck with Bing cherry sauce.

A perfect everyday wine! Wet gravel and red & black cherry are followed by a dark palate with black forest fruits a sprinkle of pepper and funk. More of a medium body, but we recommend a slight chill. Millefeuille vinification meaning one layer of whole-cluster, one layer of de-stemmed grapes when filling the vat so it's build like a cake. Fruit forward and rustic!

Intense ruby red color with a fruity aroma; the cherry and red fruit notes of Barbera blend with the wild berries and spices of the Pinot Noir. The two wines are blended after the winter and bottled at the end of the summer. Vanilla from the oak barrel is light and well-balanced. Pairs easily with salami, cured meats, red meat and pasta. Can be consumed young or aged 4-5 years
