A bright pale-straw golden color with a slightly pungent and tangy almond like aroma; sometimes a touch fruity. Bone dry on the palate. “En Rama” is unblended, unstabilized and aged statically in barrel, not in a solera. Fermented in amphora before spending 6 years in 500-liter used American oak that was filled only halfway so that a flor would develop.

The 2017 vintage was the earliest harvest ever recorded with warmer, drier conditions than usual resulting in small, compact bunches of grapes in excellent condition, with yields amongst the lowest of the century. It's a very deep blue-black color with an expressive, super-ripe nose of plum, mint and bergamot springs from the glass. The palate is rich, velvety and voluptuous!

Patrick Piuze hit the Chablis winemaking scene in 2008 and has been getting rave reviews ever since. He sources all of his fruit from top vineyards within the original Chablis designation. Terroir de Fleys sits near the 1er Cru Mont de Milieu. It is aged and fermented in neutral barrels for ten months. This wine is made in the same style as his 1er Cru and Grand Cru wines.

Darker, riper and more structured than a typical rosé this has a red energy that’s deeply satisfying in a soul-enriching sort of way. Fermented in tank for a fresh-forward profile that’s rich & lurid at first sip – cranberry cocktail, blood orange lemonade, raspberry bush & a polished acidity that refreshes, alongside a touch of tannin and a whiff of wild backcountry.

An extroverted style, with a burst of cherry and blackberry cobbler notes that give way to singed cinnamon and black tea on the finish.

Beautiful clear and shiny ruby-red colour. This wine opens up with a very expressive nose with notes of black
fruit and undergrowth highlighted by a beautiful freshness with notes of eucalyptus. Generous and balanced,
the palate extends these beautiful aromas supported by an elegant tannic structure, before offering a long
finish with delicate notes of aniseed.

Bodegas Venta la Vega encompasses 225 ha of organically farmed vineyards in Almansa. Garnacha tintorera is joined here by a touch of syrah, yielding a mouthful of fresh red fruit, mineral undertones, and a touch of spice on a medium-bodied frame that finishes clean and vibrant, all with well-integrated tannins.
