Fleur’s soils are slightly heavier, with more clay and loam in comparison to Galets. Direct press rose, giving a delicate light pink color. No sulfites during the winemaking process and minimum amount added at bottling. Aged for one month on fine lees in stainless steel.

Capturing complex colors, textures and aromatics deliciously was the goal. L’Orange demonstrates the beautiful harmony of blending grapes, resulting from different single varietal and varietal co-ferments that were macerated on their skins for up to three weeks. The fermentation occurs in open top barrels and vats. It's unfined and unfiltered leaving it somewhat hazy.
