Just like a Pet Nat but without the funk. 100% Riesling, half is sourced from the Medici Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA from a 1976 planting and the other half is from the Maresh Vineyard in Dundee Hills from a 1972 planting. Naturally farmed and fermented and no SO2 added.

From the La Dama parcel planted in 1903! This single-parcel offering is a delicate expression of Garnacha sourced from the estate’s highest elevations and stoniest sites. With a refined nose, it is quite fruit-driven and floral, with very integrated oak, supple flavors and very fine tannins. The wine is stunning, elegant and aromatic, with depth, complexity and grip.

The Diciasettesalme vineyard sits high on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Etna, The wet, gravely scent of fresh rain on cobblestones joins red apple and cherries on the nose before the palate offers cherries, strawberries, vanilla and cola with a warm, spiciness at the back. Polished tannins coat the mouth before acid punches through.

Arneis in Piemontese dialect translates to 'little rascal' as it is a difficult grape to ripen. It loses acidity rapidly as it ripens making it difficult to preserve the fresh acidity which makes the wine so crisp and enjoyable. Correggia takes a unique approach with his Arneis to get the best from the fruit.
