This iconic planting looks out over the whole of Sonoma Valley from its perch 1,300 feet up the steep, southwest-facing slope of the Mayacamas Mountain range. The Red Hill Loam soil is rich in iron from the eruption of the now extinct volcano at Mount Veeder. This Cabernet Sauvignon is fresh with acidity and complex aromatics.

Produced from fruit grown at the edge of the appellation. All the wines from Château de Montfrin come exclusively from their own 120 hectares of organic vines around the town of Montfrin, vinified on-site using native yeasts. Their Côtes du Rhône has an unusually high proportion of Grenache blended with Syrah and a touch of Carignan, which gives a little twist to a classic wine

. The oldest producer in Emilia, Cleto Chiarli is better known for producing high-quality Lambrusco Secco, but this Grasparossa Amabile is just as captivating. Round and creamy but not cloying, touches of pepper and cinnamon complicate cherry jam flavours. Excellent acidity keeps the residual sugar in balance, underpinning a savoury and slightly grippy finish.

Crafted by the skilled artisans at High West Distillery, this Cask Collection Bourbon Whiskey begins its journey in charred American white oak barrels, developing a foundation of rich, caramelized notes. It is then transferred to specially chosen Barbados rum barrels, where it undergoes a secondary maturation, absorbing the tropical influences of the caribbean.

Heering Cherry liqueur is made to an 1818 recipe from Danish Stevns cherries, harvested in August. The fruit is crushed with the stones, giving Heering its characteristic hint of almond. Herbs and spices are added before at least three years of oak cask maturation.

DE MADERA BLANCO The first use of Wood Fermentation at El Pandillo, de Madera, is a limited edition, annual release Blanco tequila. De Madera is also the only G4 expression made with deep well water, adding even more unique depth and complex character to this tequila vs all other G4. Tasting Notes: Bold. Cooked agave with cracked black pepper and spices. Nutty.

Pleasing on the nose with a classic expression of apple, lemons, pineapple and pear and soft aromas of caramel and citrus blossom. Medium-bodied, the palate is fresh and straightforward, with hints of sweet corn kernel and a soft mid-palate. The wine ends with a lingering finish. It is a sure bet for the price tag!

Wavy Wines is a Los Angeles-based natural wine project formed by Jude Zasadzki & Eliot Kessel. They make wine from organic grapes, using only native yeast. Sunshine has Zip and Pip all skin contact through the fermentation and according to Jude it's "Like ocean spray grapefruit."

Pistemutta represents the old-school winemaking on Etna of local farmers, called ‘contadino’. Wines with little skin contact, light bodied, fluid and elegant. This collaboration with Patagonia Provisions, allowed cult-hero winemaker Frank Cornelissen, who is not Sicilian, to reach deeper into the roots of Sicilian winemaking. Very limited!

The fruit comes from legendary Weber Vineyard in Dundee. The grapes are treated exactly like a red wine- the skins of Gris are very pigmented. It comes in, sorted, allowed to ferment and placed into barrels just like a red wine. The resulting wine has a rosey-pink hue with aromas of cranberry leather and baking spice. Light tannins, mouth watering acidity.

This is a lightly sparkling, sulfur free, sustainable, all natural wine that is protected by ginger- this imparts a very subtle ginger undercurrent to the wines flavor. This process was discovered by winemaker Lane Tanner. The palate is crisp and clean with green apple, anjou pear and lively floral and mineral notes (along with the hint of ginger). Refreshing and clean finish.
